Do you have a question about stage 4 brain cancer?  Ask if you do!

5 day exercise total; 800 leg lifts, 750 crunches, 550 squats, 400 back flexes, 100 pushups, 800 curls (10 pounds on left arm & 7 pounds on right arm), 300 tricep lifts w/5 pound weight, 300 shoulder raises w/5 pound weight,  stretching, & yoga.

I fell asleep to “Pink” the album “Hurts 2B Human” followed by “Sum 41” the album “Order in Decline”, & finally “Megadeth” the album “The World Needs a Hero”

I exercised to “Green Day” the album “Nimrod”

I will now begin some house chores to “Foo Fighters” B-Sides

I did it, I made it!  Friday, I’ve been waiting for you, for what feels like a month.  I’m exhausted, but I reached & possibly exceeded my exercise goals.  Actually this morning & afternoon thing makes the day pass by REALLY fast, I’m exhausted by the end of the day, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing!  My arms feel like jello on Tuesdays & Thursdays now, in a good way though.

When people tell me to be careful with my exercises, I am.  If something starts to hurt, it’s a sign to stop & bring it down a notch next time.  I don’t want to end up with a bulging disc in my back again for the 14th time since 1997.  It comes & it goes as it pleases, stupid back.  It comes just long enough to mess with my week or a few days.  Lifting the paper into the printing press took it’s toll on my back a couple times, although I think it was only a couple of days the 2 times it happened?

The first time it went on me was grade 11 in 1997 right before lunch.  I twisted in my seat to borrow a pencil from the person behind me & POP went my back.  I drove home for lunch, laid on the kitchen floor, & asked my mother to call the school to let them know I wouldn’t be there in the afternoon.  I had to call work & tell them my back was hurting & that I couldn’t make it for my shift that night at the hotel.

I REALLY like “Tool” but having a few longer good songs is good enough for me.  One very long song for an entire album wouldn’t work for most people.  At least break it down into some movements.  I’m glad the rest of the group didn’t agree to this.

https://loudwire.com/danny-carey-tool-album-one-giant-song/?fbclid=IwAR3hgmvSdBaXyaok5efM5KA8m0Jj93Zn-vGuDkUxrrvgQSZgonLiwcdNUYQ

This is what happens when you put most of your albums on all digital formats.

https://loudwire.com/tool-first-act-top-10-rock-digital-songs/?fbclid=IwAR2RS9lf3IwDJheVYjd4sEwmDZ5u5FMyHzuuKaORdRL6D9Eete0F_ZnbXa4

Sorry, there’s a TON of “Tool” news right now.  Especially after a 13 year wait & now that they’re on all digital formats.

This is what will happen on August 30th.  The digital/online version of the album will have 7 songs & 3 interludes aka 10 tracks.  The physical copy, CD/Vinyl will contain the 7 songs only.  Why this is happening, I have no idea?

“Metallica” can be really good people if & when they choose to be.

https://loudwire.com/metallica-pediatric-hospital-donation/?fbclid=IwAR2NsCN6SiJXD7_DqjRe2Rl9oF0QHSbvR3aCwaLJlK4BC-XwsMCYR5irMMY

I’ll openly admit that I made jokes in bad taste about the “Tool” album taking “10,000 Days” to be released.  Their last release in 2006 was titled “10,000 Days”.  I didn’t realize it at the time but I believe that was the amount of time “Tool” singer’s, Maynard James Keenan, mother dealt with the effects of a stroke until she died.  My deepest apologies to fans I offended & to Maynard as well.

WOW!  Ashton Kutcher’s ex-girlfriend was murdered?  News to me & not the good kind!

https://www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-news/hollywood-ripper-ashley-ellerin-ashton-kutcher-guilty-murder-872360/?fbclid=IwAR0jhxwYoMU1GplImAd-GREvQURiQTsmMsU9QjXZngBqCnGbjZjmEhyq08o

Lots of people give “Rob Zombie” crap because of his music, he’s not heavy enough to be included in the metal genres.  I would have liked to see him handle this differently, but what makes it OK when Maynard uses his black belt training to tackle a fan that walked on stage?  “Rob Zombie” is a modern day “Alice Cooper”, but his music is more of a “dance metal” type.

What albums are yet to come this year or have been reported about for us rock & metal fans.

“Anthrax” was said to be releasing a new album this year.  I’ve heard nothing from “Anthrax” about writing or recording a new album.

“Megadeth” are working on a new album that’s supposed be released this year.  Singer Dave Mustaine is dealing with throat cancer at the moment.  I can see this album being delayed for this reason.

“Lamb of God” was reported to have a new album out this year.  With the departure of drummer Chris Adler & the farewell tour of “Slayer”, no time has been spent writing or recording a new album.  They will carry on with their current drummer & will likely release a new album next year.

“Chevelle” has recorded a new album, likely in the mixing process.  No news on a release date yet.

“Tool”, “Big Wreck”, “Alter Bridge”, “Opeth” & “The Agonist” have all released preorder singles from albums to be released this year.  “Tool” & “Big Wreck” are first on August 30th & “Alter Bridge” is the final release of these albums on October 18th.  TONS of new music for me this year!

I now use Apple Music in some manner.  When the finances aren’t available, I get the album on Apple Music.  Once I purchase the album, I delete the Apple Music version.

The more you share this, the more readers I get.  No, I’m not profiting from this in any way.  I can’t tell who’s reading this but thank you!

Do you have a question about stage 4 brain cancer?  Ask if you do!

THERE WILL NOT BE ANOTHER POST UNTIL THURSDAY OR POSSIBLY FRIDAY?  THIS WEEK WILL BE BUSY I WILL TRY TO GET MY EXERCISE IN BUT I KNOW A COUPLE OF DAYS MIGHT NOT HAPPEN!

Music throughout the weekend.  “Foo Fighters”, “Billie Eilish”, “Chevelle”, “Lamb of God”, & “Coheed & Cambria”

Big Wreck tickets are bought for November.  Cheaper than I expected $48 per ticket.  They may be nose bleed seats, but at the Casino, that’s not a big deal.  Small theater & I get to see one of my favourite bands for the 14th or 15th time!  WOO HOO!

Out for a beer Friday night with Corey McDonald.  I don’t get out much & he has 2 kids, our “niece” & “nephew”.  Probably a good change of scenery for both of us for a bit!

Saturday, Kim finished most of the painting of our suite.  Dad came over to help her remove the TV from the wall.  Mom & dad had a water issue in the laundry room today, pretty rough day for them!  Lots of power related to electronics full of water.  Dad apologized for being late, I told it was OK since mom told me what was going on.  Kim painted everything within 2 feet from the TV & the media center on the floor.  Fridge was pulled out to paint behind it too.  She’s almost done as of 5:00 pm on Saturday.

Kim wanted to get out & do something else.  We grabbed so McDonalds for supper & hit the road so she could take some photos.  She just finds a highway, then a gravel road, another random highway & continues to take random turns until she finds something to photograph.

I’m sure we’ll die at the hands of some tire iron psycho like at the start of a “Criminal Minds” episode.  Quiet dirt road, get a flat at a late hour, when all is dark on some random stretch of road in the middle of who knows where, & they’ll kill me first since I’m literally going nowhere fast but I’m the male & they don’t know how little strength I have, etc.  I’m gonna miss that show though!

Kim’s busy painting today, then we’ll get groceries, fridge can go back into place.  I can make my vegetable juice for the week, watch some baseball highlights, & sleep, if that’s what Kim is thinking will happen?

Yes, I like this band.  I understand if you don’t.  New song from “The Agonist”!!

Metallica’s in trouble with the law.

July 27th, 1984 Metallica released the album “Ride the Lightning”

A TON of albums to be released this year still “Big Wreck”, “Tool”, “The Agonist”, “Opeth”, “Alter Bridge”, “Megadeth” maybe, “Chevelle”, & “Anthrax” so far I have 3 on preorder, then Kim said to hold up, fair enough that’s quite a bit this year, especially with the other iTunes albums I have bought & the bonus songs on the special anniversary albums on iTunes.  “Tool” won’t have a preorder I suspect, “Opeth” preorder is out, I didn’t grab it just wrote down the release date, “Chevelle” is recorded but no release date yet, & I don’t know what is happening with “Anthrax” or “Megadeth”?

DIEMONDS

I’m not a fan of “Guns n’ Roses”.  Take a deep breath, sit down, get some water, & put your head between your knees.  I know that was probably a HUGE shock to a lot of you.  Seeing as I’m not a fan of “Guns n’ Roses”, there is no reason I should like “Diemonds” but they’re darn catchy & a good time!

They played in Regina, at The Exchange, last year or 2 years ago & I didn’t bother to look them up until a day or 2 after the show.  I missed out & didn’t go, but was instantly hooked on the 2 of 4 albums on iTunes.

They’re also Canadian, originally out of Toronto, Ontario.

Do you have a question about stage 4 brain cancer?  Ask if you do!

I fell asleep to “Live” the album “Throwing Copper”, followed by “Mark Morton” his solo album “Anesthetic”

I exercised to “Corrosion of Conformity” the album “Wiseblood”

Friday’s post on here will be later than usual.  “Mid-afternoon” or later.

I was up at 8:00 am on Monday & got straight to my exercises.  I usually listen to music, but we forgot to put the remote on the charger overnight.  Kim comes home at the end of the day & we hunker down to watch “The Ellen Degeneres Show” only to find the Toronto Raptors celebration parade was recorded in it’s place.  I purposely set it to record on a Canadian channel to avoid so many “Breaking News” alerts about mass shootings in America.  A couple of years ago it was a weekly occurrence.  I’ve never really been a basketball fan & I didn’t hop on the Raptors wagon.  Good for them, but not in my list of interests.

It’s been a quiet week thus far.  The next couple of days could be “EXTREME”LY busy?

I beat cancer & that’s GREAT!  Still annoying with the appointments.  Beats the alternative though.  My (cancer) doctors are always asking how I am, but with a head tilt in a really sympathetic voice.  I’m fine, but it’s getting old at this point.  I wish they would treat me like a “normal” patient.  They all did & are doing their job VERY well!

Going to the cancer clinic here is a routine now for me every year.  That’s not a typical routine for most people, it’s annoying, but again, I guess it’s a pretty good tradeoff for being alive & well.

I don’t really feel like a cancer survivor………………..until someone asks me how I’m doing.  Not that I expect them not to ask.  I’m just tired of being treated differently.  Nobody’s fault at all, but it’s been over a decade since I had cancer.  I’d likely ask the same thing.  I guess the iPatch, wheelchair, & my speech are a giveaway.  Ah well.

I’ve almost completely abandoned my pushups & tricep lifts.  Tuesdays & Thursdays are now just stretching, yoga, & weights.  They’re totally different muscles though.  I might throw in 100 pushups on those days?  Different muscles, but still working my arms on those days, we’ll see what happens next week?

I don’t know of any fans of “Ghost”.  Anybody that’s anticipating new music from them will have to wait until 2020.

https://loudwire.com/ghost-tobias-forge-new-album-2020/?fbclid=IwAR2vR7hTwdLWDTiYfdbnM_aZHHa7QE4y1BcPZiA0G-ZsnlHDxJ7mGSiZhyc

It must take quite a while to finish a professional release?  Sum 41, Big Wreck, Chevelle, Alter Bridge, & Tool, all say they’re done recording.  I have 2 Sum 41, 2 Big Wreck singles, & one song from The Agonist from a future album.  Anthrax, Megadeth, & Pearl Jam are said to be releasing new material this year also.  I’m a bit worried they’ll all just unleash their albums all at the same time.

I don’t have Big Wreck on preorder.  A recent death in the band easily explains the hold up of a release though.

July = Sum 41, August = Tool maybe, October = Alter Bridge, & September = The Agonist.

Dave Mustaine, former lead guitarist Metallica & now singer/guitarist/founder of Megadeth has been diagnosed with throat cancer.  His doctors have a plan that has a 90% success rate.

https://loudwire.com/megadeth-dave-mustaine-diagnosed-throat-cancer/?fbclid=IwAR0D5Cw2vV5DkrxMDRUDcz1-UPpQ9LTx2OSM9Z61267Af_4lrYbnJAajWfA

If I can survive stage 4 brain cancer (5-15% chance of coming out of a coma).  I’m likely to think Dave Mustaine can beat throat cancer with a 90% success rate of surviving!

https://loudwire.com/rock-metal-community-support-dave-mustaine-throat-cancer-battle/?fbclid=IwAR0Bm8a6qg8wrMDs6vcewg4TvPlAHTleMQ4sQunInvI2A56co61q1aCnGJA

Dave Mustaine seems very driven to release a new Megadeth album despite his throat cancer diagnoses.  We’ll see, I wouldn’t blame if it didn’t come out this year.

Big Wreck announced tour dates.  A few in the Maritimes, & the rest throughout America.

WHAT???????  Facebook bans Led Zeppelin art work for the album “Houses of the Holy”.  I would think a band like “Cannibal Corps” would be the first target if they’re doing this?

ASCOT ROYALS (revised)

I made a mistake last time I wrote about them.  They’re not done!  I found a single on iTunes just after the previous blog about them.  This is the group I saw opening for Big Wreck a few years ago on their “Grace Street” tour at the Casino in town.  I thought they were REALLY good.  A bit softer than Big Wreck, they fit together very well though.

Single released in 2018   EVIL I KNOW

I’ll correct my mistakes on here it just might take a while before I notice them.

Do you have a question about stage 4 brain cancer?  Ask if you do!

I fell asleep to “Coheed and Cambria” the album “IV”

I exercised to “Big Sugar” the album “Heated”

Monday was supposed to be my first appointment with a psychiatrist.  I wrote down the date & time while on the phone, June 10th at 11:20 am.  Kim missed half a day off work for it (if she’s not at work, she doesn’t get paid).  We got up around 7:30 am.  Kim hit the shower, while I did ¼ of my exercises.  Dropped off Brewster at Kim’s sister’s place (he has anxiety issues in a bad way.  We’ve had a noise complaint once shortly after we moved here).

Drop off Brewster & head off to my appointment.  We go in up to the front desk.  Kim says “Appointment for Chris_______”.  The lady checks her computer and asks “Christopher?” “Yes” replies Kim.  “He doesn’t have an appointment here until this date with that doctor”. What a waste of Kim’s morning.  Either I screwed up the date (which we both think is highly unlikely) or they messed something up.  Either way it’s money from Kim’s paycheck we can’t get back & the future date is going to be a gong show of a day for us, already too much on the go.  If only I could drive?  Unfortunately my iPatch, slow reflexes, & legs that don’t fully work, prevent me from doing so.  I keep asking, & I get the same response “Nah, not this time” Hahahahaha!

Nobody said I should see a professional about my frustration or knee jerk reactions.  I started to notice that people around me were just waiting to see when the time bomb would go off.  Well after 2 explosions, 8 or 9 years apart.  That’s far too many for me.  So later on I’ll be seeing someone this month.

My cousin wanted to exercise with me on Monday.  I spent the rest of my day at my parents’ place.  So I counted out loud for us.  I think I broke here, even though she’s in her early 30s.  “OK, we’ll start with 150 crunches.”  We get to 50 & she needs to take a short rest.  I told her “If anything starts to hurt, just stop”.  I do 150 crunches with no break.  I’d do more but I need to be careful regarding my back.  We finished the crunches & moved on to leg lifts.  I do 200 in a half crunch with my legs down, then alternate between the 2 legs up & down. I do 100 at a time & take a break in between sets.  I think she kept up with me or we did 4 sets of 50?  Then she asks me “Are we done?”  I replied “Nope, 100 back flexes to go.  I rest after 50 for a bit & then do another 50”, she kept up with me.  She looks at me & says “You do this 3 days a week after 150 squats?”  “Yes I do.  Then Tuesdays & Thursdays are stretching, yoga, & weights for about an hour to an hour & a half.”  I’m guessing she thinks I’m a little insane.

In other news, our air conditioner is now working!  As of Thursday last week the plumber needed to order a valve from Texas to fix it, so it was going to take roughly 8 weeks to have it installed here.  They found one here!  They put it in on Monday, & “so far so good”.  The building manager said we should keep the portable air conditioner for a week in case our air conditioner breaks down.  When Kim & I got home Monday night it was like a meat locker in here +18 Celcius.  We went to bed about an hour later & it was at +20.  It got a bit warmer since we changed the thermostat to +22.

If all of this is true & you use iTunes, don’t expect a single to come along with a preorder date.  The members of “Tool” prefer fans to listen to the entire album.  That is the reason for previous releases not being sold on iTunes or streaming sites until now.

I read recently that streaming music sites are not what they used to be as far as popularity goes.  I have one thought as to why this is happening.  I think a streaming site would make the music from it very disposable?  I could be way off base here, but that’s my guess.  I was buying CDs still in 2012 when I finished my physiotherapy.  1 CD a month.  Then I started to use iTunes & I still do $10 for a complete album, SWEET!  Kim put me on a monthly allowance to iTunes of $50 a month.  Now that I know what I want to purchase, I’ve scaled it down to $20 a month.  Saving money & listening more intently to the album in question.

The beauty & downfall of Napster was that you owned the music & didn’t pay anything for it.  With a streaming music site you pay a monthly fee to borrow the music.  You don’t own it & it can be taken away by the site at any moment & that would be legal.

I’ve got 2 albums on preorder.  Sum 41 in late July & The Agonist in September.  Tool members are saying August 30th, I’ll believe Tool when I have it or an unlikely preorder.

Are you all sick of hearing “Let it go” yet?  I don’t if there will be another song your kids will sing for a long time, but “Frozen 2” is coming.

https://www.rollingstone.com/movies/movie-news/frozen-2-princess-elsa-must-save-arendelle-in-new-trailer-846743/?fbclid=IwAR0oZx-3LzztWrECrSvh0SJr2haSsWm9fPvWeJjdsvvZfD_5hDmMy6jkDXs

If any of it sounds like “post-OK Computer” I’m out.  I love “The Bends” & “OK Computer”, “Pablo Honey” was a decent first release.  After those 3 albums, Radiohead lost me.

https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/radiohead-leaked-ok-computer-material-minidisc-hack-846664/?fbclid=IwAR2yxgc3NZxEI-RUtpgKq2V6a9hwUHt1qXD50DH-DjgET2CjkTpcsPEFYXQ

ALTER BRIDGE

I don’t know what category these guys fit into?  The singer, Myles Kennedy, has the best voice I have ever heard.  He sings & never really had the desire to learn how to do death metal vocals.  The other 3 members are from the original line-up of “Creed”, drummer, bassist, & lead guitar.  Myles Kennedy didn’t tell them he played guitar until he was caught playing his guitar in his room on the first tour.  Even the lead guitarist, Mark Tremonti, says that Myles is better than him on guitar technically.

Don’t let the “Creed” connection worry you.  It’s like comparing apples to oranges.  Two completely different bands.

ALTER BRIDGE

2004   ONE DAY REMAINS

2007   BLACKBIRD

2010   ABIII

2013   FORTRESS

2016   THE LAST HERO

There will be a new studio album release in September or a bit later, this year for sure!  I also have 4 live albums & 3 concert blu-rays.  1 of the blu-rays & a live album is with a symphony orchestra.  That was actually their most recent release.

If any of it sounds like “post-OK Computer” I’m out.  I love “The Bends” & “OK Computer”, “Pablo Honey” was a decent first release.  After those 3 albums, Radiohead lost me.

There will be a new studio album release in September or a bit later, this year for sure!  I also have 4 live albums & 3 concert blu-rays.  1 of the blu-rays & a live album is with a symphony orchestra.  That was actually their most recent release.

Do you have a question about stage 4 brain cancer?  Ask if you do!

Music throughout the weekend.  “1970s Rock Compilation”, “In Flames”, “Lamb of God”, & “Dead Sara”

LANGUAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well Friday I didn’t feel like watching the baseball game at all.  Instead Kim & I watched a movie on Netflix.  We don’t watch horror movies much at all.  The movie “Get Out” was really good though!

I stayed up late to watch 3 episodes of “That 70s Show” on Netflix.

Saturday Kim got up & made a large delicious breakfast for us.  Bacon, oatmeal, & fruit.  Then I buckled in to watch the Blue Jays lose again.  This is a rebuilding year for the team.  The President & General Manager are doing a rebuild without stating what they’re doing.

It’s a team full of young players.  I have no expectations this year or next year really.

Woke up early today 5:20 am.  Went to visit a different cousin from Winnipeg at my parents’ place.  Movie night, they hadn’t seen “Aquaman” so we watched that on dad’s big HD projection screen in the basement.

Binge watched the last 3 episodes of the first season of “Big Little Lies” on Crave.  2nd season is starting today

Now it’s time to see if the Jays can score a run today, or find another way to lose a game?

NOEL GALLAGHER’S HIGH FLYING BIRDS

They’re a rock band, just not a heavy rock band.  If you remember “Oasis” from the 1990s, you probably remember the name Noel Gallagher.  He was the guitar player in “Oasis”, his brother Liam was the singer.  Constantly bickering in public at each other during the “Oasis” days when they were one of the biggest bands in the world.

Now they don’t have each other’s phone number from what I’ve read.

They both have their own separate bands.  I checked out Liam Gallagher’s band & it just wasn’t for me.  Noel Gallagher’s very opinionated & really doesn’t care what anyone else thinks.  He’s right & everyone else is wrong.  I really like his music though.  He’s also the singer in his band.  I have 2 of his albums, there’s also an EP & another album on iTunes that was released before the 2nd & 3rd album.

WEEKLY EXERCISE TOTAL/MENTAL HEALTH/THE AGONIST

No such thing as a stupid question!  Feel free to ask me on Facebook or the website!

Do you have a question about stage 4 brain cancer?  Ask if you do!

5 day exercise total; 200 pushups, 600 leg lifts, 450 crunches, 150 tricep lifts, 450  squats, 300 back flexes.  Yoga & stretching for just over an hour on Thursday.  Today, YAY no water pressure.  Kim walked out the door for work & the water pressure died within 10 minutes.

I fell asleep to “Big Wreck” the 20th anniversary of “In Loving Memory of…”

I exercised to “Foo Fighters” the album “The Colour & the Shape”

NO POST UNTIL MONDAY.  LONG WEEKEND, SEE YOU THEN!

When I do my exercises I always try to at least hit my goals, if not exceed them.  By the time Thursday rolls around, I’m very tired.  My muscles on top of my shoulders are sorer this week than last week.  I’m not doing arms next week, 2 days of stretching & yoga next week.  I felt fine, started with my tricep lifts on Tuesday & almost cried in pain, I finished doing 150 of them, then my 200 pushups.  Pushups were fine.  Maybe yoga, stretching, & 200 pushups next week?  I am SO ready for the weekend.  My shoulders are killing me!  I took a muscle relaxant in hope of getting rid of this pain.  I have to make sure I can take certain medications with my regular pills.

All of these pills make me feel old.  I’m going to see a psychiatrist for my depression, not a psychologist.  A psychiatrist will chat briefly & prescribe medication.  I don’t think more pills are what I need.  As much as I don’t like talking about my mood or emotions, that’s probably what I need.  The first thing I’ll tell the doctor is that I would like to not have more pills.  The pills don’t seem to be helping much, if at all.

There’s supposed to be a TON of new albums out this year, yet only 7, 4 albums I had no clue about, have been released & I know of 3 that are in the mixing process.  Where is the new “Chevelle”, “Lamb of God”, “Anthrax”, or “Megadeth”?  “Tool”, “Big Wreck”, & “Alter Bridge” are done recording & now mixing.  I’ve got 2 standalone singles from “Big Wreck”.  I hope there is a bit of time between the releases.  I like to give each album a concentrated listen or usually 5 good listens to it before saying anything about it.  I had no clue about “Pink”, “The Damned Things”, “Sum 41” or “Devin Townsend” so those were pleasant surprises!  “Sum 41” won’t be released until mid-July.  Right now “Pink” & “In Flames” are my favourite releases of the year so far.

The 3 in mixing at the moment are the 3 albums I’m really anxious to hear, “Tool”, “Big Wreck”, & “Alter Bridge”.

I know all of this exercise is beneficial.  Right now I’ve got a “…beefy arm & a wing-a-ling….” Beefy on the right arm & wing-a-ling for my left arm.

I use my right arm mostly, my left arm shakes quite a bit.  If I go to fill my water bottle & get a glass of juice.  The water bottle has a lid so I carry that with my left hand, the shaky one.  The glass of juice will be in my right hand.

Did everyone catch the series finale of “The Big Bang Theory”?

THE AGONIST

A metal group from the province of Québec, Canada.  I own all of their 5 albums.  I bought their first album on CD when it was released in 2007.  They’re fronted by a female, in 2007 & now.  I think the original singer was replaced for the 4th & 5th album, I know she was replaced but I’m not sure when?  Both were capable of doing death metal vocals & singing.

I saw them on Much Music on the show “Loud” that I recorded since it was on at 3:00 am or some ridiculous time.  They’ve released 5 albums in total, the first 3 are no longer available on iTunes?

2007   ONLY ONCE IMAGINED

2009   LULLABIES OF THE DORMANT MIND

2012   PRISONERS

2015   EYES OF PROVIDENCE

2016   FIVE
