Do you have a question about stage 4 brain cancer? Ask if you do!
I fell asleep to “Tool” the album “Aenima”
I exercised to “Matthew Good Band” the album “Underdogs”
I’m very pleased & impressed with my exercise so far this week. A good sweat every morning really helps me get going for the rest of the day. Exercise & 6 small meals a day seem to do the trick very well. I even slept in a bit yesterday.
Kim was working from home. She had her teeth operated on, Monday morning & was still in some pain. She smashed & broke her front four top teeth. One more appointment in October & her teeth will be done.
After that Brewster will get his tests done for his heart murmur. Then a guarantee of medication for him & what type will he need.
My day are pretty full now. I eat a small breakfast of 2 fruits & 2 eggs. I exercise a 1-2 hours 5 day a week. Another small meal/snack. Check my email, then shower. Have a small lunch, which is usually a lettuce wrap or 2 with one cheese slice, deli turkey meat, Dijon mustard, & an apple for dessert. Check my email, practice/play guitar for about an hour, have a snack/meal, practice/play guitar some more check my email quickly & Kim is usually home around that time. She cooks, I clean up supper & do the few hand wash dishes. Then we watch TV or head out somewhere.
I make a point of playing my guitars for at least an hour a day. I remember the majority of stuff I played before, now it’s just more of speeding up my fretting hand.
Sometimes I will sit & watch a ½ hour TV show somewhere in there. I do drink at least 3 liters of water throughout the day & occasionally a cup of coffee. One to 3 cups of coffee a week & 4-8 alcoholic beverages a month.
That generally sums up my life right now. Then of course there’s always other stuff to deal with in the background I don’t talk about on here until it’s over with, or stuff that’s not for me to make public since it’s not my story to tell.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers pay tribute to Ric Ocasek of “The Cars”. I love this song, along with many other songs by “The Cars”
Oh, how tough the life of a Goth is in the 21st century
My favourite “Soundgarden” album (Badmotorfinger) was released on September 24th, 1991! I didn’t hear it until December 2001 when Corey McDonald came to SIAST & enlightened me.
TOOL’s “Fear Inoculum” ranks number 8 for physical sales of 2019. It sold out EVERYWHERE in the first week of it’s release. More are being made currently!
Alter Bridge, Tool, & Big Wreck were my most anticipated albums of 2019. So far I’m enjoying, quite a LOT, the 2 that have been released. I’m excited for the Alter Bridge album out October 18th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
New/6th album “Orphans” was released on Friday, September 20th. They’re a female fronted extreme metal band based out of Québec, Canada. I assume that may people aren’t fans of extreme metal or metal in general, so I’ll keep this sampling brief. I like it, it’s more of a mood music for me but still desirable for me to pay for it. If it’s hear I’ve paid for it or I plan too.
If you’re getting this through Facebook, give it a like or other reaction, or share it. That’s the only way of promoting this site, since I’m not profiting from this in any way.
