I fell asleep to “Stone Temple Pilots” the album “Stone Temple Pilots (2018)”, followed by “Myles Kennedy” his solo album “Year of the Tiger”
Friday is release day, so I get my albums at midnight eastern time, one bonus to daylight savings time!
I exercised to “Pink” the album “Beautiful Trauma”
Exercise weekly total; 1000 pushups, 700 leg lifts, 500 crunches, 300 tricep pushups, 300 squats, 200 back flexes.
I don’t think of myself as disabled. Waking up in the middle of the night to pee has become a normal thing since I drink so much water every day. I wake up, I immediately get moving, I get in my wheelchair, roll to our en suite bathroom, get out of my wheelchair & sit down to pee. No big deal.
I like to get up by 8:00 am at the latest & get my exercises done first thing in the morning. For me I prefer quality over quantity. Everything is pretty good for me right now. I’ll be doing this total next week. The week after, who knows?
Out of all of the exercises I do, back flexes & leg lifts are by far the most difficult. Leg lift amount I don’t see moving anytime soon. Things don’t increase to an astronomical amount ever. If I think I should raise anything I usually add 5 to each set I do of that exercise. If it’s still difficult, the number won’t move. I can see both types of pushups going up slightly. Hopefully the squats eventually also.
If I don’t do some type of exercise during a week day, it feels like a wasted day to me. If I hit my goal for the total at the end of the week, I’m happy with that. I know that eventually, I can do more!
I had 2 shares of the Wednesday post, HUGE difference! Any help is greatly appreciated! Spread the word please?
Yes, this is pre-written & now I have some stuff to do around the house. I’ll be back but it might be a while?
Radiohead made 1 OK album followed by 2 masterpiece albums, then noise from then on beginning with the album “Kid A” & have since continued to make very bleak albums with 0 sense of a time signature or melody. The singer (Thom Yorke) has a fantastic voice but prefers to warble into the microphone now. Each album is pretty much a guitar player strumming one string & playing with his effect pedals. During the first 3 albums, they were on my bucket list to see live, but not anymore. Foo Fighters were on tour with Radiohead & got to watch Radiohead create their masterpiece “OK Computer” the album Rolling Stone Magazine claimed to be the best album ever recorded. It’s a great album, but that seems like an overstatement to me? I’ve heard that Radiohead were never fans of their song “Creep”, the distorted guitar that comes in just before the chorus was the guitar player striking his guitar in rage, not sure if that’s true though? Anyways here are 2 songs from the first 3 albums & one from a future album…………………….
Myself & my friend continued to load up my “Radiohead” CD collection, why I don’t know?
Really good & interesting interview with Alice Cooper regarding Religion & Marilyn Manson
I haven’t watched the “Justice League” yet, I got it on blu-ray to watch it this weekend. What I find odd is that this ruined the movie for them? I guess people just really enjoy complaining.

Spring training for baseball is drawing to a close. Regular season games start Thursday, March 29. What would really impress me is if the Toronto Blue Jays could move Troy Tulowitzki & his remaining $60,000,000 contract ($20,000,000 a year)!!! He’s great defensively but his offense is nowhere close to what it used to be. There seems to be a back load of AAA players ready to take over his spot (short stop). They’re cheaper, younger, good infielders, faster, & they can hit. Tulowitzki won’t even play until the end of April. Big contracts are hard to move, I get that. What might be more realistic is give him $30,000,000 – $35,000,000 next year, buy out his contract & cut him loose. He hasn’t touched a baseball field in a game since May or June of last year. So the Jays are paying him $20,000,000 to be a “cheerleader”?
St. Patty’s day tomorrow. Get your dark Guiness beer or other beer to colour green & say “Thank you” to the Irish!
The more you share this, the more readers I get. No, I’m not profiting from this in any way. I can’t tell who’s reading this but thank you!
