Nice!  This site had 11 viewings by 10 people from Canada, China, & America.  Please keep sharing people!  On Facebook we hit 93 views.  I can’t tell who is reading this but thank you.  As for who I see reading it on the website, all I see is the country & how many people from that country have viewed it.  If you’ve subscribed with your email I can see that as well.

I don’t want to overload you with links, pick what you want to know about & feel free to skip the other stuff.  The links are there for a point of reference if you don’t know what I’m talking about.

Don’t feel as though you have to open every link.

I fell asleep to “Lamb of God” the album “Sacrament”, followed by “The Watchmen” the album “Live & in Stereo”

I exercised to “Into Eternity” the album “Buried in Oblivion”

I vaguely remember moving from the Pasqua hospital to WRC.  I didn’t understand why I had to move?  I was doing some light physiotherapy at the Pasqua.  I was very unclear as to why I was moving?  When I started my physio, occupational, & exercise therapy, I understood why the move was necessary.  I didn’t know at first, then I realized the focus was on therapy as well as being able to receive the medication I needed.

I had all of my family & friends come to see me within the first 2 years, 2008 & 2009.  Some I hadn’t seen for a while & some that I’d see daily from work.  Even my employer was calling my parents daily to get an update!

I was still in the Pasqua hospital for my 29th birthday in January of 2009.  I heard there were roughly 70 people there.  Mom made a huge amount of chili for everyone & Grandma made a couple of cakes for everyone.  I couldn’t really drink any type of liquid but know alcohol was not allowed.  I think there was a choice of pop & juice?

If you’re here strictly for the cancer news, that’s all I have for you today.

Here’s what Dave Grohl thought of the Metallica vs. Napster argument back in 2000 or 2001.

Last Week Tonight with John Oliver

This was on TV before Trump, it may not be the greatest country in the world, but it is the most powerful………………& Trump is running it?

Dude’s reaction to songs by Soundgarden & Foo Fighters.  This guy doesn’t seem to be able to review a song without swearing!

I don’t know of any person who love’s metal only.  Surprisingly metal fans seem to like many different types of music.  I can’t listen to loud guitars, big drums, & someone screaming or singing really high & loud all of the time.

U2 performs “Mothers of the Disappeared” with Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam) & Mumford & Sons in Seattle.

Singer, Taylor Momsen, of The Pretty Reckless discusses new radio single in lengthy article.

In Flames shared it….

Lengthy article regarding the Beatles’ album “Sgt.  Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band”

Metallica played on Stephen Colbert.  Had I known you would have as well.

I’m not a fan of “Disturbed”, not for the last 16 years anyways.  This is full of excessive LANGUAGE I like that he called someone out that was texting on a cell phone during a live show though!  Put your phone away, or yes whoever is on stage has the right to stop the show & play on their phone too!  Glad you paid $100 to watch someone use a cell phone on stage now?

If I was on stage & saw someone using their cell phone for anything other than an emergency, I’d just stand there & wait until they were done.  Reason 2083 for me not owning a cell phone!

New Royal Blood video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Randy Blythe article on metal bands’ platform.

It’s a music blog so whoever likes it can subscribe!

I’m going to leave this first paragraph until I have 100 subscribers

PLEASE share this link & pass it around to those that might enjoy it. Subscribe from a desktop or laptop computer with your email where it says “follow”. Then you will receive a confirmation email that I don’t know what it says. Follow the instructions. After that you’ll receive each post in your email inbox on any device. Let’s get some more people on board? Don’t feel as though you need to click on every link. I’ll do this so nobody else has to. I’m on facebook & email only. I’ve found people on face book that I’ve lost track of over the years, everybody has an email address for social media sites, might as well us it for this blog. I have no intention of putting this on twitter, instagram, facebook, etc. it’s an old fashion website. Up there are instructions on how to subscribe. I’m at 44 subscribers so all 44 of you please help me out? DO I HEAR 50, 50, 50? Don’t worry, I won’t use the email addresses unless told to.
Even though you subscribe to the blog I always recommend coming to the site to read it in case someone comments on a topic. Comments are always welcomed. If you’re using “Google Chrome” as a web browser on a PC the links will be open to show you the title, artist & a still photo of the video. Mac computers I know nothing about.

Give the site a minute or 2 to load all of the links & everything should be fine.

Hard rock fans, buy this “Red Dragon” album by Room 333, which is compared to “La Gargola” by Chevelle!

Foo Fighters live at award show, 3 songs!

102 Nirvana songs ranked by Rolling Stone

Is this where the music industry is headed? This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of bands doing things based the fans financial input.

That’s a TON of Megadeth news all at once.

I get stuck on an album or 1 particular band. Whatever it is at the time, it sometimes takes a month or so to get it out of my system. I don’t listen to just that album or band for a month straight, I throw in other stuff but there’s always something I’ll constantly put on. Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters, Big Wreck, Muse, Iron Maiden, Paramore, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Nat King Cole, Norah Jones, Lamb of God, Trivium, etc. Right now it’s all about Paramore for me, Tuesday it will likely switch to Halestorm?

Catch you Sunday for the weekend update.
