It’s not totally fixed, but we are closer than we were. At this point I think I should be receiving a paycheck in the mail courtesy of Apple. There has been quite a few households deleting iTunes Match. Meanwhile I’ve finished deleting & adding files that Apple screwed up with the launch of their new streaming service, Apple Music, on June 30th? They pretty much gave Match/iTunes users the middle finger, dropped the mic, & walked away.

Funny, Steve Jobs dies at a young age unfortunately, & Apple makes mistake after mistake, making users of their products angrier & angrier? I’m not angry, I’m confused. I have enough time on my hands to run in circles & see if things will work on try 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 or 50?

I’ve been a little stressed out lately. The iTunes problem is constantly on my mind, which of course some would call it a minor issue which is fine it’s a big deal for me.

The thing that worries me the most is Brewster. He turned 9 (human years) on January 31st. He’s whining, growling, panting, trying to hide, & sulking around here with his tail down. It’s as if he got 40 years older over night late last week? Kim took him to the vet yesterday. He’s back on anxiety pills & has been calm today. He always done those thing around kids & babies, when we have more than 2 people over or if there is a thunder storm. Now he’s like that all of the time, unless Kim is home. His pills must be doing the trick, he’s asleep in his dog bed.

These turned out to be my favourite songs to play on that video game…

These are all on the expert setting. I played them on the medium & a few on the hard setting.

I watched this documentary yesterday, again. He was guilty until proven innocent. The band raised $200.000 for his bail. The Czech Republic took it, then said it wasn’t enough they wanted an additional $200.000. 2 years prior he was blame for the death of a fan at their show in 2010. The trial took place in 2012? LANGUAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Megadeth shared it…..

Conan with big name musicians

Lars Ulrich, Metallica drummer, continues to make me question what he’s thinking when he speaks publically? One week he’s totally against streaming music, the next week he’s all for it?

Well he’s only had $0.50 for how long? Bankruptcy should be expected.

Don’t blame me, I’m just the messenger. Disturbed are back.

Tom Petty’s thoughts about the confederate flag

Who doesn’t like a tasty burrito on occasion? This is WAY over the top though?!

Spiderman must have been HIGH all day every day. He never stopped thinking about “Mary Jane”. Yet Tom Petty had his ‘Last Dance with Mary Jane” a long time ago?

John Oliver is right on point & usually quite hilarious

This is a really solid metal co-headliner tour, well the headliners at least.

Free music? Who just stood up & said “Musicians shouldn’t be paid for their job!”? I don’t agree with it & no matter where you get your music from the artist(s) don’t get paid for the albums or songs you get from whatever web site. I’m all for iTunes as you know, musicians get pennies from iTunes. So how do I support the bands I like? Hopefully they can afford to tour here & I get the opportunity to see them live. Here’s what’s wrong with that. If Taylor Swift comes to town, will I go to see her live? No. I only like the recent album “1989”, why? I’m not really a fan of country music & I assume she’ll preform songs from her previous albums, I don’t want to hear those songs. So here are MY thoughts on what should happen with the music industry, just my opinion.

Have the labels tell the bands to only release their stuff on one site in particular, most people have an iPod, iPad, iPhone or an iTunes account so maybe go with iTunes? The label & management get $1.00 per downloaded album, iTunes get $1.00 per downloaded album, & the artist(s) can take $0.00 – $18.00. If a member of a group has died let the estate choose in the same range. If you would like to purchase random songs make them a $3.00 charge per song, label/management, iTunes, & the artist get $1.00 each. Just my thoughts, don’t know if it will work or not. In the end you’ll own the music & not be tied down to a contract for a streaming site for your life & it’s less than buying a physical copy of the album, that won’t get scratched or roughed up over multiple years. I’m all for “digital” music. I really don’t have the space for vinyl, CDs, or cassettes. I also don’t want to have to visit multiple websites to own the music. There are 5.000.000 iTunes accounts in the world, and that’s all I know about. Still cheaper than my CDs in the range of $25-$30 each.

I guess that wont happen now that I think about it more. It’s exactly like the iPod classic now. Apple has discontinued the iPod classic (I have a 160gb iPod classic) when my iPod classic dies, Apple will replace with an iPod touch if I send it in. I don’t think I will. I have trouble controlling my hands & arms, touch screens aren’t so good for me, & it has a 120gb capacity. Apple is basically saying “Here it is, & now you can’t have it”. The same thing the music industry would be doing “Here’s free music, now you can’t have it”. “Here’s a donut, you cant have it, here’s some spinach”. Whatever happens a group of people will be quite angry. Even with these streaming sites, you’ve always been able to OWN your music in some form be it vinyl, cassettes, CDs or “digitally”. As long as I have the option to own my music digitally, I’m fine.

Great but the name isn’t “Enter THE Sandman” as it says on facebook.

OK, were they just supposed to let him say what he wants? That hasn’t ever worked out before? So why book him on the show if they planned on censoring him?

I get this news so you don’t have too! There’s probably a crap load of music blog’s out there, but I think between myself, The Needle Drop, The Rock It Out Blog & I can’t remember the name of the rap music blog, we’ve almost got it covered. Not just rock or metal music, but as many types of music we can find/like.

Kelly Clarkson’s Greatest Hits is free on google play for a limited time!
With this & a few other songs only on the Greatest Hits album!

Brian May (Queen guitarist) video interview, all about this unreleased song.

Van Halen resolve name lawsuit amicably

I could never play this fast as much as I like Lamb of God & this album especially!

Yes please!

I don’t expect Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots & Velvet Revolver singer) to return to Velvet Revolver. He needs to be sober & dependable. Do the former members of Guns n’ Roses ever get a dependable singer to work with? Is it them as a group that causes this?

I can’t listen to Velvet Revolver other than this one song.

If you don’t like Billy Corgan or Smashing Pumpkins then don’t bother catching up on what he’s doing. I like Smashing Pumpkins & they/Billy is doing press for the album, trying to make sure you hear about it!

I like Lenny Kravitz. Not the NFL though. Too long, 4 hours long shorter, slimmer field & 4 downs. CFL as my very old T-Shirt says “Longer, Wider, Faster”! Baseball is really boring for most, I get that I played it, so I try to think like the pros do & it’s only a 3 hour game. Honestly I’ve all but given up on hockey/NHL. I’ll watch it when Bettman’s not the commissioner & they boot fighting out of the game. If I want to watch fighting I’d watch MMA/UFC or Boxing. I liked the hockey games in the ’80s WAY more! Remember it’s sports ENTERTAINMENT!!!!

I’d really enjoy going to Dave Grohl’s birthday party! Lot’s of his famous musician friends were there.

15 things to rock 2015. According to “Kerrang”.

Tony Iommi’s battle with cancer is not going well (Black Sabbath guitarist)

I like Beer. I don’t need another shirt that won’t fit!

This is just too funny! Jimmy Fallon totally missed it.
