Weekly exercise total; 600 pushups, 300 tricep pushups, 175 back flexes, 360 squats, 600 leg lifts, 300 crunches.

I fell asleep to “Neil Young” a greatest hits album

I exercised to “Ben Folds Five” the album “Whatever & Ever Amen”

Yes, I exercise immediately every morning.  Unfortunately cardio is not a regular part of the regular routine.  By the time Kim gets home from work, I’m exhausted & more exercise is usually the furthest thing from my mind.  I’m not blaming anyone for this.  “I need somebody” to assist me so I don’t fall & crack my head open.

The morning exercises help immensely with my walking, which is always assisted & with a walker.  “I’m not satisfied” with my status quo.  I’m not afraid to pile on more exercise, I just need to kick myself in the butt & do more.

I don’t even like talking about this, but it happened.  I don’t want to make a BIG deal about this but it is a BIG deal.  I’d love eradicate racism.  That’s won’t happen with Trump, Un, & Putin in power.  I know I’ll catch crap for this, but it needs to be said.

Abbreviating the “N” word to “Nig” does NOT make it any less offensive.  It angers, saddens, & offends me that people have to deal with this garbage & that the person who said this is a distant blood relative of mine.

I’ll be the first one to tell you that I’m not perfect.  I’ve NEVER even considered using a racial slur at anyone!  My aunt would severely over tan, we were in a restaurant & I said “WOW you look like an Indian”!  I think everyone thought I was using a racial slur regarding the Aboriginal community and told me to quiet down.  WOW were they off.  What I meant is people from India.  How is this racist?  Indian, Canadian, American, African, Australian, Mexican, English, etc.  I find East Indian racist, why do I have to specify Indian as “East” Indian?  Teach me please, should I use another word?

Metal screaming isn’t just noise & not everyone can do it, me included!

LANGUAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Coheed & Cambria”.  Their new album “The Unheavenly Creatures” – October 5th release date, has some catchy tunes on it.

“Nothing but Thieves” – What did you think made me this way? 4 song EP – October 19th

“Greta Van Fleet” – Anthem of the Peaceful Army, October 19th

“The Struts” – Young & Dangerous, out October 26th on iTunes

“Into Eternity” – The Sirens, out October 26th on iTunes & more importantly www.bandcamp.com the money spent on www.bandcamp.com sends the majority of the proceeds go directly to the band members!

“Tenacious D” – Post Apocolypto, November 2nd on iTunes

“Muse” – Simulation Theory, November 9th on iTunes

No I don’t have all of these on preorder from iTunes.  I have 4/8 on preorder.  I hope to purchase a CD at a future “Into Eternity” show.  I’m holding out on “Tenacious D” since the previous album was more about vulgarity than anything else.  I’m going to wait until November for “Coheed & Cambria”.  I have a TON of music coming to me in October.

I just read a bit about another album release in October 26th, another one I’ll wait for until November.  My limit for October & November is at it’s capacity.

“Chevelle” – 12 Bloody Spies B – Sides & Rarities, October 26th full release date.

That’s it for iTunes purchases for me this year.  Gotta start with the Christmas Gifts, & probably delay more purchases on iTunes this year.

3 day weekly total; 200 pushups, 120 tricep pushups, 50 back flexes, 200 leg lifts, 100 crunches, 120 squats.

I fell asleep to “Alter Bridge” the new album “Live at the Royal Albert Hall featuring the Parallax Orchestra”.  Yes, I got it last night.

I exercised to “The Beaches” the album “Late Show”

I really could have used a break this week.  My body is just tired, I hurt in places I didn’t even know I had?  Yes, I’m keeping it cool on the crunches until I hear about back surgery.  Once it’s done & I get the green light to exercise, I don’t think 500-1000 every other day is out of the question?  I’ll figure it out when the time comes.  I needed a break this week so I’ve been doing 2 of my 6 exercises each day.  Sitting around & doing nothing all day gets boring really fast?

We got my new/much lighter wheelchair (12 pounds instead of 40 pounds) on Tuesday, then went liquor shopping & grocery shopping.  New liquor store, we mostly went to check it out.  I bought one 40 oz. bottle of Sambuca.  I should be good in that department for a while, or a month of weekends I’ll forget for the rest of my life!  Hahahahahaha!

Trump is part of the problem.  These are more issues NOT helping today’s society!

I bought this album on iTunes.  2 songs I didn’t care for & deleted.  I don’t purchase singles much, I prefer to listen to an entire album.  Unlike a stereotypical millennial.

Tenacious D announce album & animated series.

Marching band at USA college football game does a tribute to Queen!!!

Freddie Mercury of Queen was born on September 5th, 1946!

I also still can’t believe that people don’t want to own music???????????  Majority rules while iTunes users get the cold shoulder.  A $200-$400 vinyl player with a USB port it will be if that’s what happens!  Crushes the option to get an iPhone to stream music for me.  2 things I don’t want or need!  Where will the vinyl go?  I’ll figure it out if this happens.

I can’t figure out the cost difference for Apple between streaming music & purchased downloaded music.  This has been a relatively slow year for me purchasing music.  Streaming music for a monthly fee wouldn’t make any difference in my downloading habit, so why take that option away?  I know I’m not the only one that prefers the iTunes download store.  Apple wants to compete with Spotify for streaming subscribers.  Nothing like trying to be the same as somebody else!??!

‘Greta Van Fleet’ has their first full length album for preorder.  The 8 song album that was already out is actually 2 EPs put together & released as one.  This will be a brand new 10 song album, with the single “When the Curtain Falls” will be released in full October 19th.  Yeah, the 22 year olds that sound like ‘Led Zeppelin’.

New lyric video from “The Struts”

Correction “Nothing but Thieves” 4 song EP will be released on October 19th

IN FLAMES   (I wasn’t sure about covering metal groups, then I realized it’s MY blog about me)

Swedish melodic death metal.  People like to complain about this group & I’ll tell you why.  They have 13 full albums out, a 4 song EP, & are currently recording another album.  Don’t let the death metal bother you.  Their 2nd last & now their previous full length album has had many metal fans going “Ugh, this is SO not metal anymore!!!!”  Fair enough, move on then.  For me, that’s fine.  When did it become necessary to be boxed in with a certain style?  I like all of their albums & all for different reasons.

I’ve seen them live twice.  First time was in Saskatoon in 2006.  They were part of a touring metal festival.  James & I had never even heard of them, but they were really good live!  They stole the show, we were there to see Trivium from Florida, who had technical issues that day/evening.

I’ll give you 2 songs from their first album released in 1994, long before I was into metal music, and the 2 recent full albums released by In Flames….

1994     LUNAR STRAIN

2014    SIREN CHARMS

2016   BATTLES

Hate them or like them, a musician should love what they’re doing, if not it’s pointless.  No need to please anyone else.  Over 20 + years they will evolve, the sound will change with each album.  That should be expected.  They’re not going to make “Lunar Strain” 18 times.

Here’s a few cover songs they have done.

I fell asleep to “The Struts” the album “Everybody Wants”

I exercised to “Pink” the album “Beautiful Trauma”

2 days of walking with my walker with Kim helping me in the evenings.  She had some work related stuff to do this week.  I’m not posting the walking distance until the end of November.  It’s more about the quality than the quantity.

Morning exercise total; 625 pushups, 500 crunches, 650 leg lifts, & 420 squats.  Other exercises I did on occasion 150 tricep pushups & 40 back flexes.

Every day this week I’ve felt exhausted even before I exercise.  I wake up & think “Yay it’s Friday………nope it’s _________ ah, crap!”  No matter what I’m thinking on any day, I’m completely useless for a good 2-5 minutes & avoid any physical activity, even a shower.

So many things to think about when I’m walking!  Keep the walker straight, strike the floor with my heel, stand up straight, don’t take un-normal step amounts, etc.  I guess I should focus on one issue at a time, it should be less stressful that way.  I like to think my day is done after my morning routine, nope!  As much as I don’t like it, I don’t want to live in a wheelchair the rest of my life, & the exercises are making a noticeable difference, but I always know that someone is doing better than me.

This exercising isn’t just for me, it’s for me not to be a burden to other people too.  Nobody says I’m a burden, but things would be much easier if I was more independent.

How do I find out about the newer bands that I like?  Facebook &/or www.youtube.com.  I see a group I’ve never heard of & jump in feet first.  So this new music I find is all youtube’s fault.  “The Beaches”, “Nothing but Thieves”, “Dead Sara”, “The Struts”, “Greta Van Fleet” etc.  I see a thumbnail on www.youtube.com  & I click on it.  If I don’t like it, oh well there goes 3 minutes or less of my time.

If you don’t know who “The Beaches” are, you will come Juno time if you’re Canadian.  They’re nominated for ‘Best New Artist’.  They fall into the indie rock category which I sort of avoid but they got me.  4 girls in their early 20s from Ontario.

Summer TV isn’t terrible Toronto Blue Jays almost every day.  Then “Suits”, “Dr. Pimple Popper”, the TV series “Shooter”, “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon”, & “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert”

It’s on TLC, I just assume it’s not real, very entertaining though!

“Shooter” is based on the movie starring Mark Wahlberg.  He the producer for this show.  The first season was the story that was told in the movie.  They’re on the 3rd season now.

No release date or preorder date has been announced yet, but I’m anxious for the new “Greta Van Fleet” album at the end of August or a bit later & MUSE in November!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is “Into Eternity” day!!!

BRYAN ADAMS

I currently own only his ‘Greatest Hits’ & I had to add “Cuts Like a Knife” to it.  His album “Waking up the Neighbours” was one of the first 2 CDs I got with a boom box when I was 11.  The other CD was “C+C Music Factory”.  Bryan Adams is a Canadian legend.  I saw him last year at the new football stadium before the inaugural season started.  I saw him at ‘The Conexus Arts Center” 3 years ago (?), just him, his acoustic guitar, & a piano player.  Both shows did not disappoint. He’s been releasing albums since 1981 from what I can tell on iTunes.  Yes, he has a large catalogue of songs.  In no particular order, here’s a sampling…..

This first one is on “Waking up the Neighbours”

I fell asleep to “The Beaches” their debut full length album “The Late Show”, followed by “Halestorm” the new album “Vicious”

I exercised to “Dream Theater” their self-titled album from 2009

The wheelchair is ordered.  There was a different make of the 12 pound chair, & that’s what has been ordered.  The foot rest is there but it’s angled so I can use it or flip it vertical under my seat & still propel with my feet.  I’ll use the foot rest, just not in the house, it really gets in the way when I’m in the kitchen.

Sunday ended with a BANG!  I made my vegetable juice & baked some fish, then I went to see comedian Jim Jefferies!  Absolutely HILARIOUS!  Big surprise for me is when Dale, friend of the family, pulled a VIP pass from his pocket for me as we were waiting for the doors to open.  We all (5) met & got a photo with the comedian.  Good times!  Came home with the VIP pass around my neck & Kim calmly asks “Where did you get that?”  I told her how it went down.

LOTS OF LANGUAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can’t do a week of just cardio?  The week works out that I’ll be walking with my walker 3 evenings this week.  I know I have to keep up with some of my other exercises as well.  If I stop it becomes much more difficult to achieve my goals!

I will say that practicing to walk without falling is the most tiring/frustrating thing to do.  For not having done much walking at all, it’s been OK thus far.

Finger Eleven play “Awake & Dreaming” acoustically.  From their first album “Tip”

New ‘Into Eternity’ album to be released on Friday!!!!!  Not on any streaming site or iTunes.  $20 through email for a CD intoeternityCD@gmail.com or download $15 on www.bandcamp.com

Oh Shark Week!  I’ll miss you, see you next year!  I’m counting the days already!

Yes, I was in a cover band to start learning how it felt to play live on stage & just improve as much as possible on everything.  Doing cover songs is a love/hate thing for me.  On the one hand, someone else wrote it & now a different artist is going to try & make it better?  Another way to look at it is “Cool, this is what likely inspired other artists”!  Male or Female it doesn’t matter as long as it’s done well & means something to whoever is covering a song.

New “Greta Van Fleet” in late August

When Robert Plant approves, who cares what they sound like?

The Toronto Blue Jays had a closed door players meeting Monday after a horrific game in Oakland.  A lot of talk about coming to the ball park, doing your job although they’re not making the playoffs, etc.  The short-stop who hasn’t touched the field since July 2017 due to injury, but still making $20,000,000 this year decided to pipe up in the meeting.  He’s 32 or 33 years old & will continue to make $20,000,000 a year until the end of the 2020 season.  If I was a player in that room, whatever he had to say would go in one ear & out the other.  He wasn’t even with the team until Monday??  Why would I listen to someone who hasn’t been with the team in a year?????!!!!  Even with him playing the wins & losses would likely be very similar.

U2

Most people know who U2 is.  Those that know of the band either highly despise, or really like them.  I loved U2 in the late ‘80s & early ‘90s.  Now I listen to them on the odd occasion or if Brewster & I are in the vehicle, while U2 is on the radio, I turn it up.  Yes, I agree, the “Songs of Innocence” free album to iTunes users was terrible, however the follow up “Songs of Experience” was a very good blend of older U2 while being more modern at the same time.  Everybody knows the “Joshua Tree” album, so I’m not going to review that one.  I’ve rarely, if ever, heard thoughts on one of my favourite albums “Achtung Baby”, released in 1991.  This album or “The Joshua Tree” are both fantastic yet different. “Achtung Baby” was full of studio/production trickery, but still good.

Here are 2 album tracks I’m a BIG fan of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I own, on CD, every U2 album from the album “Boy” released in 1980 all the way to “How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb” released in 2005.  I think they released 2 after that, which I don’t own at all.  I have the album they released for free & bought it’s follow up “Songs of Experience” which, like I said, is a much better mix of new & old U2.

Please share this, I’m not profiting from this at all.  Word of mouth is the only way of promoting this.

Music throughout the weekend. “Halestorm”, “Queens of the Stone Age”, “Tool”, “The Struts”

LANGUAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The second I posted Friday’s blog I went to www.youtube.com & there was already a review of the “Halestorm” album “Vicious”.  The album was released at midnight Thursday night.  WOW, I wait before I judge an album, I like to listen to it a few times & digest it.  That review should be a reaction video!

Here is utter ignorance at its best.  You realize they’re not just denying service to the #LGBTQ community!  I assume the rest of us that support the #LGBTQ community would boycott this establishment as well.  From what I know there is no location in Regina.  If I were to pass by one on a trip I might go in, buy a small meal, finish it, thank them & as I’m on my way out I’d shout “I’M GOING TO SPEAK WITH YOUR MANAGEMENT!  YOU JUST SERVED A GAY PERSON!”  Or I’ll just pass by & avoid a heart attack.  What if the employees have no gaydar?

https://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2018/07/25/chick-fil-a-toronto-canada_a_23489485/

“No, they sound too much like Led Zeppelin” – internet.  OK, if you don’t like Led Zeppelin that’s fine.  If you do like Led Zeppelin, why are you complaining?  Robert Plant, singer of Led Zeppelin, thinks they’re great.  If he doesn’t have a problem with them, why do Led Zeppelin fans?

I love Big Wreck but this sounds much like a specific Led Zeppelin song, other than a general sound.  Ian Thornley even admits that this song was heavily influenced by Led Zeppelin.

Friday was quite/tame here.  We stayed up too late, Kim hit the hay at midnight, while I stayed up to watch ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’.  Kim was grabbing some groceries & taking photos during most of the Blue Jay game, so I watched that since she really doesn’t care for baseball.

Saturday I watched more shark week & went to the Rider game that night.  Kim & Brewster were out & about while I was at the game.

Dear Saskatchewan Roughriders,

Sincerely,

Me.

Today is get ready for the week ahead.  Make a vegetable juice, hard boil some eggs, bake some fish, & try to be positive about cardio for 5 straight days as well as other possible workouts.  Kim will get a few groceries, & finish up the little bit of laundry left to do, then a nice long weekend to look forward to!

GREAT BIG SEA

4 guys from Newfoundland, Canada.  I think I saw them twice in Regina at ‘The Conexus Arts Center’.  I only own their first 2 albums, on CD.  I bought them in my teen years, the ‘90s.  One in 1996 & the other in 1997.  They released 10 studio albums & I believe band member, Alan Doyle, is currently a solo artist?  They’re known for being from Newfoundland & doing some traditional Newfoundland music.  I grew out of them when I discovered ‘grunge’ about 8-10 years after it exploded.

I must say that on the odd occasion that I do listen to them I like it.  It’s something completely different than my usual rock & metal music.

1996   UP

1997   PLAY

When these were released, I was still cautiously dipping my toe into heavier music.  I know I wasn’t into metal at the time.

I fell asleep to “Foo Fighters” the album “Concrete & Gold”

I exercised to “Muse” the live album in Wembley Stadium “H.a.a.r.p.”

This is what happens here when you get up on time, before 7:00 am.

Thursday, July 26th, 2012 I was discharged from the Wascana Rehabilitation Center.  I had 1 or 2 therapy sessions in the morning & was discharged after a meeting at noon.

I didn’t exercise on Monday.  Kim had the day off from work & we had an appointment.  I was being measured for a lighter wheelchair.  We haven’t decided which of the 2 different chairs I’ll get.  I get one to try for a few days, then the other to try.  I’m measured for either one to be ordered.  It is going to be a 22 pound chair or a 12 pound chair.  My current wheelchair is 40 pounds.  I just have to choose which one is more comfortable, so it won’t ruin Kim’s back lifting it into the vehicle.

There was a mass shooting in Toronto on Sunday or Monday, I can’t remember.  Everyone is on social media sending out their thoughts & prayers.  That’s great, keep sending out thoughts & prayers, really, keep doing that.  Unfortunately that’s a reaction to a bad situation.  Why not be proactive instead of being reactive?  Semi-automatic, automatic, & pistols should all be banned from every store.  Do you need more than a hunting rifle that gives you one bullet at a time?  I wouldn’t think so?  “A gun in the hands of a good person is better than a gun in the hands of a bad person”.  Think about that argument for a bit.

Now, if a bad person can’t get a gun legally, why does a good person need a gun?  Guns in North America should be banned, with the exception of hunting rifles & any guns for police officers or a branch of the military.

All of these mass shootings have happened & they all effect multiple people.  What happened to resolve future problems after each shooting?  NOTHING!  I’ll give credit where it’s due.  When the shooting in Parkland, Florida occurred the President said something I agree with ‘Let’s take the guns & deal with the backlash afterwards’ roughly, I’m paraphrasing.  Donald Trump is, surprisingly, the only politician I can think of that said that publically.  The USA has a big problem with gun violence & Canada also has a problem.  Politicians need to stop sending out thoughts & prayers, & do their job to keep the public safe.

We shouldn’t have to live in a society like this.  Nobody should have to decide if they should wear full on S.W.A.T. gear or just a bullet proof vest when they leave the house.

SMASHING PUMPKINS

I have 8 of their albums not including their “Deluxe” reissues or greatest hits.  I have 2 on CD, the rest are either borrowed or purchased from iTunes.  I wasn’t really a big fan of them when they first came out when I was in high school in the ‘90s.  They were on the radio & on Much Music.  I figured “Hey that’s not bad to hear on the radio!”  I certainly didn’t dislike them, I just didn’t feel compelled to rush out & buy a CD.  My brother bought me their greatest hits album for Christmas one year, which made me pay more attention to them but not enough to purchase more than 1 other album.  It wasn’t until after I finished my time in the Wascana Rehabilitation Center that I was really hooked & wanted more.  Here are the highlights for me….

1991    GISH

1993   SIAMESE DREAM

1995   MELLON COLLIE & THE INFINITE SADNESS (A double album)

1998      ADORE

2000    MACHINA – THE MACHINES OF GOD

2007     ZEITGIEST

2014    MONUMENTS TO AN ELEGY

2018   SOLARA (single)

The greatest hits was released in 2001.  I don’t listen to them often, good music to listen to while doing stuff around the house when the wife isn’t home.

Hahahaha!  Oh, Jimmy Kimmel!

I fell asleep to “Slayer” the album “Show no Mercy” followed by “The Watchmen” the album “Silent Radar”

I exercised to “Pearl Jam” the album “Vitalogy”

Weekly exercise total; 320 pushups, 600 leg lifts, 300 crunches, 270 tricep pushups, 80 back flexes, 300 squats.

Tuesday I did my pushups in sets of 30 & only made it to 120, Thursday I did sets of 25 & made it to 200.  Thursday I felt like I could do an extra set of my tricep pushups, so I did & hit 150 instead of the 120 I did on Tuesday.

Yes, I try to eat healthier, but I know I don’t eat healthy all of the time.  Weekends I know I’ll likely consume alcohol.  Long road trips I’ll probably have something full of sugar.  Football games we can take in unopened bottles of water only.  If the game is around supper time, I’ll have a burger & a pop.  If not a popcorn & a pop.  Special occasions, I’ll have what’s being served.

During the week it’s always the same thing for breakfast & lunch.  Breakfast is always a hardboiled egg, water, vegetable juice & a piece of fruit.  I usually have a black coffee after I shower.  Lunch is usually fish with lemon juice on it or a deli turkey wrap & water.  A snack in the afternoon is, rice thins & hummus, raw vegetables (no dip), an unhealthy bowl of cereal (multi-grain Cheerios, Honey-nut Cheerios, etc.) with skim milk or some yogurt.

Throughout the course of a day I drink roughly 1 gallon of water or 4 liters of water.  Then I pee a TON during the day & a few times in the middle of the night.  You’ve likely never seen a guy get into a wheelchair in record time.  If I have to pee, look out & get out of the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All food in moderation.  Most diets are not maintainable.  I wouldn’t go on a specific diet, but that’s just me.  I know I’ll run into stuff that don’t fit in a specific diet.  I’m not going to say “No thanks” at something I’d like.  I just control the amount of it that goes into my body.

ALICE IN CHAINS

This is one of the forgotten ‘grunge’ bands.  They were immediately thrown into the metal category.  If any ‘grunge’ were to be lumped in with metal groups, I personally would put Soundgarden in.  Who really cares what a band or artist is labeled as?  Do you like them or not?  I think that’s the only thing that should matter.  I quite like this group, only the stuff singer, Layne Staley, did with them.  Layne Staley overdosed on heroin.  It seems like most ‘grunge’ musicians loved that stuff, but couldn’t see that it could kill them or learn from what happened to the previous individual they knew.  This group has a ton of albums they released with Layne.  I’ll give you one song from each album or EP.

1990    FACELIFT

1992    DIRT

1992   SAP EP

1994   JAR OF FLIES

1995    ALICE IN CHAINS

That may not seem like a TON of albums but I have the 3 CD boxset, Greatest Hits, a live show, & MTV unplugged, & the newer albums that just don’t sound like ‘Alice in Chains’

I had to share this since ‘In Flames’ a Swedish group just covered it on a 4 song EP

Big Wreck covered Rush

“Oh my goodness there’s a band that sounds just like Led Zeppelin!”  Relax, no one is going to die or be harmed in anyway.  I like their music & I agree they do sound like Led Zeppelin.  Guess what?  I like Led Zeppelin too.  Dear internet, the more you complain about them sounding too much like Led Zeppelin, the more attention they get.  CHILL OUT!

Can you believe anyone had an issue with Marilyn Manson?  (Lil’ bit of sarcasm)

November 2nd, I can’t wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New TLC show I can watch with Kim & not yell at the TV………………so far.

‘The Catcher in the Rye’ & ‘A Long Way Gone’ are my 2 favourite novels.  I read ‘The Catcher in the Rye’ for English class in 1998 for English class! ‘A Long Way Gone’ I read in Boston when Kim went there for a week of training.

The entire reason I signed in to www.youtube.com I wanted to see this guy drain a swollen spider bite full of puss & blood!  That was gross, he just kept pulling a string of puss out of his neck for 3:00 minutes.

New song & video by Muse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was playing the Chamber Choir I was in during high school, on my iTunes.  It would play one song & after each song I played, it wanted to play “Slayer’s” album “Seasons in the Abyss”.  Not what I was looking for at the time Apple.  My brother knew how to convert the cassette to an iTunes file.

New “Halestorm” song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Album Friday, July 27th.

The more you share this, the more readers I get.  No, I’m not profiting from this in any way.  I can’t tell who’s reading this but thank you!
