Do you have a question about stage 4 brain cancer?  Ask if you do!

5 day exercise total; 600 leg lifts, 450 crunches, 450 squats, 300 back flexes, 400 curls, 140 tricep lifts w/5 pound weight, 140 shoulder raises w/5 pound weight,  stretching, & yoga.

Including the above exercises, here’s what I’ve done so far this year.  1275 curls, 7240 pushups, 15600 leg lifts, 10100 crunches, 4140 tricep lifts (the old way), 10280 squats, 7100 back flexes, 3900 tricep extensions w/weights, & 140 shoulder raises.

I fell asleep to “Eve 6” the album “Horrorscope”

I exercised in silence at 6:00 am, busy day!

2 things I’ll be changing next week.  No tricep lifts without weights.  Also 200 pushups a week.  Everything else will stay as it is, for now.

The weights I use aren’t incredibly heavy.  For curls I use a 10 pound weight.  For the other weight exercises I use a 5 pound weight.  I always do more repetitions with my left arm since it’s the weaker arm.  I try not to eat breakfast before I exercise, but on occasion I wake up hungry, so I have my 2 hardboiled eggs & half of a glass of my vegetable juice.  Breakfast is the same every day.  Lunch is as well turkey deli meat in a lettuce wrap, or a piece of fish.  3-5 liters of water throughout the day.

Now when I do my exercises on Tuesdays & Thursdays, it takes me at least 1 ½ hour to 2 hours.  I do a LOT of stretching, & a LOT of weight work.  I do yoga for 30-45 minutes, 30 minutes minimum.  There are many yoga poses I can’t do at the moment.  There’s only 3 poses I can do.  I hold them for as long as possible though.

Life has been busy this week.  I really have to plan a time to do my exercises or do 2 days of exercise in one.  I guess that’s a good thing though.  Getting back to reality & changing up my routine, instead of just exercising & sitting on my butt.

Today was my first appointment with a psychiatrist.  Two of my pill prescriptions changed, & I’ll be referred to a therapist.  I told them my life story basically.  I have a future appointment of course & they’ll see how I’m doing with the prescription changes over the phone likely before my next appointment.

No word on our new vehicle, so I’m guessing by Wednesday we might hear something.  It’s also pouring rain here, yesterday & today.  Seems like a weekend to stay indoors.  I hear that even Swift Current, about 2 hours west of Regina flooded “yesterday”.

Lamb of God talk about gear theft & new album.

Can everybody please just stop with the Nickleback sucks comments already?  They’re more than likely someone’s favourite band!  They have over 16,000,000 followers on Facebook.  I’m not a fan, but I do enjoy 2 of their albums.  If you really can’t stand them, turn off your radio, don’t stream or download their music.  If you’re in a restaurant or bar, wait 5 minutes & you might hear something you like?  Get over it, I have to get over other bands too.  Nickleback are going to continue making music until they want to stop, & they’ve made a career doing that.  Have you?  Well until you can outsell the amount of albums they’ve sold, calm down & take a deep breath.  Nothing is going to change just for you!

Article/interview with singer Myles Kennedy of Alter Bridge regarding the new album.

I think I also saw that the iTunes pre-order would be on June 28th, a week from today!

Another prog-metal band.  Or progressive metal band, much like “Dream Theater” if they made songs that averaged 4:30 minutes instead of an average of 6:30 minutes.  I have 4 of their many album from iTunes.  I like them quite a bit on the rare occasion that I listen to them, great band though.  I assume they’re American, but I’ve never bothered to look them up.  I’ll just give you a sampling of the 4 albums I have.

“Recreation Day”, “The Inner Circle”, “Glorious Collision”, & “Hymns for the Broken”.  Released in that order.  The songs will also follow the order of release.

The more you share this, the more readers I get.  No, I’m not profiting from this in any way.  I can’t tell who’s reading this but thank you!

Is this where the music industry is headed? This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of bands doing things based the fans financial input.

That’s a TON of Megadeth news all at once.

I get stuck on an album or 1 particular band. Whatever it is at the time, it sometimes takes a month or so to get it out of my system. I don’t listen to just that album or band for a month straight, I throw in other stuff but there’s always something I’ll constantly put on. Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters, Big Wreck, Muse, Iron Maiden, Paramore, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Nat King Cole, Norah Jones, Lamb of God, Trivium, etc. Right now it’s all about Paramore for me, Tuesday it will likely switch to Halestorm?

Catch you Sunday for the weekend update.

I’ve been waiting to hear if Scorpion would get a 2nd season. I really like this show!

I don’t like the idea of doing things the old way in that I don’t want to wait outside, in line for tickets to a show, why? If I wasn’t in a wheelchair I’d have terrible seats to see Foo Fighters in Calgary. Calgary is roughly an 8 hour drive away from Regina. I wouldn’t drive 8 hours to get tickets for a concert 9 months in advance, even to see my favourite band, FF. Why would I spend 16 hours in a car to get tickets in a certain spot at a venue for a show at the same venue I’ll be traveling to in 9 months. All just to hear a few songs from each album. Everyone wants a full length album for free but a concert/advertisement for the album costs around $100, gas & accommodation’s for two. They aren’t going to play every single song from every single album? So why should I get the full album for free then pay however many hundreds of dollars to drive somewhere to see a “commercial” for the full length album? If I don’t know which songs they’re going to play, why do I have to pay through the nose to hear a snippet of each album when I’ve got the full album here? Just seems backwards to me?
