Nice! This site had 18 viewings by 3 people from Canada & the USA. Please keep sharing people! On Facebook we hit 124. I can’t tell who is reading this but thank you. As for who I see reading it on the website, all I see is the country & how many people from that country have viewed it. If you’ve subscribed with your email I can see that as well.
I fell asleep to “Linkin Park” their first album “Hybrid Theory”
I exercised to “The Barstool Prophets” from the album “Crank”
Don’t feel as though you have to open every link.
As much as I’d like to start of full on, I can’t. I’m not supposed to do the full amount I was doing before anyways, so the doctors tell. So I’ll level things out at a slightly smaller number. It will be very slow going until I get a cortisone shot anyways. I like proving the doctors wrong, but better safe than sorry since I’ve run out of tax claims for the year for chiropractor appointments! I can’t wait to have a doctor lean on a 6” needle with all they’ve got into my spine, YAY!
If I started listening to rap it would Beastie Boys more often & RUN DMC
I wish “Stone Sour” would just stop posting a photo of whichever member recording in the studio. We know they’re done and the album release is in June. Stone Sour fans know and we’re just waiting now.
Bob Dylan plans North American tour after covers album.
Finger Eleven had their first rehearsal for their 3 big 20th anniversary shows being filmed, I’m assuming for release next years for the 20 year celebration!
Songs I just wanted to play, & a few more when I filled in for a friend.

Just what I’ve been listening to. As I fall asleep & stretch.
My mother has seen more than her fair share of people having cancer, especially since I was diagnosed in 2008. Her mother died of breast cancer in December of 1999. Since my diagnosis she’s seen many people not survive. Our family friend who she met at work, our friend’s mother, my grandfather, my aunt, and another friend she met at work, & unfortunately her cousin has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer recently as well. I survived, I’m fine wheelchair & an eye patch, but I’m here! I don’t think she needs anymore deaths to witness? That list of people is more than enough!
People worry about me, too much sometimes. When I eat, I HOOVER my food. Sometimes I choke. I had a rough day of chocking on food, & I was with my family. I coughed & choked a few times. I was fine & everyone was concerned. I get it, that’s fine, annoying but fine. This happens 1 or 2 times a week. Everyone freaks out & in the end I’m OK. Do people know that I also cough & “choke” at lunch when there’s nobody around? I’m fine, please don’t worry about me. If I hadn’t had cancer, I’d still be OK & people wouldn’t worry as much about me. Hold my beer & watch this!
“Alter Bridge” behind the song “Cradle to the Grave”
It happened! Parents tricked their kids by pretending to eat their treats!
Consequence of Sound review of “Doctor Strange”
Masterpiece Review of “Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers” album “Damn the Torpedoes”
Yes, that’s producer Jimmy Iovine who was on “American Idol” helping the contestants before they performed their song. Question is, Do you think he’d let Tom Petty through on “American Idol” or Bob Dylan for that matter? I don’t!
I guess keyboard players have their place. Usually they’re in the back & not seen much. Too bad Elton John & Billy Joel aren’t included on this list? Neither is the dude from Foo Fighters or Pearl Jam though.
LANGUAGE!!! The keyboard is mixed at the front of the mix at one point though!
The Chicago Cubs won the World Series last night for the first time since 1908. Three World Series wins 1907, 1908, & now 108 years later 2016 Champions. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL CHICAGO CUBS FANS!!!!!!!!! Long wait for that one!!
This could be really good or absolutely terrible. Seems to be par for the course with Revolver, for me there’s usually far more miss than hit.
I fell asleep to “Oasis” the album “Definitely Maybe” woke up to pee at 4:00 am, crawled back into bed & listened to “Oasis” the album “Be Here Now”
Emptied the dishwasher & made breakfast to “Candlebox” the album “Disappearing in Airports” then put on “Coldplay” the album “A Head Full of Dreams”
I exercised to “Trivium” all albums on shuffle other than “The Crusade”, just the instrumental song “The Crusade”.
They’ve got 6 other full length studio albums I like & own. 4 actual CDs & 2 from iTunes. I own the CD “The Crusade” but I’m not a fan of that album.
This is for anyone & everyone who might find this interesting! Please help me out if you don’t mind? I’ve been sharing this publically on my page, I don’t think it’s helping? Please do what you can to spread the word?
I was close to getting through my regular daily exercise. I should get there by Thursday or Friday?
Our dog, Brewster, is hilarious! All 12 ½ pounds of him make me laugh out loud anytime I see him doing something odd! Late last week or maybe on the weekend I could tell he was dreaming. We were in bed, Brewster sleeps with us, I had my noise canceling ear buds in yet I could hear him? He was asleep but he was barking at almost full volume for a minute. Usually it’s 10-20 seconds of quiet barking. Whatever he was dreaming about he wanted it bad! He didn’t even wake up when I was busting my gut out loud.
The next day he was sleeping in his dog bed, barking. Just his normal dream bark, but I laughed. I always think he’s dreaming about squirrels. “I’m gonna get you squirrel” at least that’s what I like to think when flopped out on his side barking & twitching his legs!
I love it when he tries to “fix” his bed. All curled up in a circle in his dog bed, then you hear & see him barking & twitching all 4 legs to get it as perfect as he can. For the first time yesterday I saw him pushing his bed with his head across the living room. I chuckled out loud again! He’s my main source of entertainment!
AWESOME! Another Canadian band going on tour & skipping right passed Saskatchewan & Manitoba! Sad! A typical Canadian tour is Montreal, Toronto, & Vancouver (some times Calgary & Edmonton). I’ll go to Calgary or Edmonton if it’s someone I really want to see, the other locations are a 2 day drive. Montreal is even further. Will I be seeing this tour? No! If they were coming to Regina I would. Saskatoon is 2.5 hours away but I’ve made that drive too many times since 1996 to see I Mother Earth. It’s a really long/boring drive. It certainly doesn’t feel like 2.5 hours, more like 8 hours!
What does guitarist, Brian May, from Queen think of Foo Fighters?
LIVE, LANGUAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GMOs from a farmer’s mouth. BOOM DROP THE MIC! There has been thousands of scientific studies, & farmers, most of them I assume use GMO seeds. As for taste, that’s pretty subjective. I like seafood, Kim doesn’t. I don’t like potatoes, Kim does.
Do what you want. I’m trusting science & a farmer, not Neil Young or a healthy 14 year old. The last www.youtube.com link is long if you like skip to 1 hour & 36 minutes for the results of the debate if you like. If you’re growing your own food are you sure the seeds aren’t already modified? I’ve heard, I’m not positive on this, that none GMO seeds aren’t easily available to the general public? Like I said this is what I will do. You don’t have to do the same. Do what you feel is best for you.
Opeth has another studio report. Dream Theater songs are long, but Opeth’s songs can be even longer! You really do have to set aside a free hour to listen to an Opeth album & it’s not tap your feet music!
Announcement from The Pretty Reckless. “Our new album, Who You Selling For, is available October 21.

I put this through email first & realized not everyone likes email? OK, fair enough. I put it on Facebook as a link to the full blog on the website. Please come to the website for the full blog. Whether you get it on facebook, another blog on http://www.wordpress.com, or an email. Depending on your browser, the multiple http://www.youtube.com links will be open so you know what is coming to you before you listen to it. Otherwise I look like an idiot? I put it on facebook yet 11 people came to the site yesterday, twice? 24 views by 11 people? This is stuff I like that I want to share with you. If you’re not coming to the site there’s a REALLY GOOD CHANCE you’re missing something, & I’m the one here with ink on my face. I was a printer, & yes that happened a few times. Bazinga! Some days I’d come home looking like I made a half assed effort to be a Smurf? Why blue? I don’t know….
I’m not angry in any way, I know print doesn’t always come across in the proper tone. 11 people looked at the site out of, what is 117 to 120 subscribers I know 2 or 3 have doubled between facebook & email. That’s just underwhelming. That’s why it’s meant to be interactive, music has been something really meaningful for me since I joined the school band in grade 6, I’m 35 years old now. I understand that what I listen to is not necessarily what others want to hear. If 11 people read this a day to me this is for me alone. I’m not going necessarily promote an event or other individual music related events I’m not attending. So please come to the website? You don’t have to click on every link, only if the description interests you. Did I do something wrong yesterday? Do I smell? I’ve had my monthly shower, I should be clean & odor free until mid-July. I can see the email address and the person subscribing on facebook, or the title of the blog by whoever on this blog site. Don’t be afraid, I don’t bite.
I know that the cool peeps in Albania came to the site. Yes, I know a family in Albania! I get a world map to see what country has read this however many times. Can’t see who from that country has read it, I just know how many times it has been viewed in that country.
Very interesting article about the music industry. It’s 9 pages I’ve only read the first 2. I’ve bookmarked it to read the rest later. Since I’m hooked on reading it after the first paragraph & speaking about the Napster lawsuit with Metallica that was filed 6 months prior to Linkin Parks debut album, “Hybrid Theory”. http://www.forbes.com/sites/jonobacon/2015/06/11/from-piracy-to-prosperity-inside-the-new-artists-toolbox/
I like ‘Black Sabbath’, but ‘Queen’ & ‘Led Zeppelin’ are my favourite active groups during the ’70s. Queen material from the ’80s was not as good as the ’70s material. More miss than hit for me.
Great & all, I want to own my music not subscribe to a radio station for my entire life. I’m only 35 and I expect to hit 80 at the least? iTunes is really good, I just don’t like how the money is distributed. I don’t have the physical space for vinyl albums or even CDs at this point. CDs have dropped in price significantly to keep pace with iTunes.
As far as the subject on “The Simpsons” go, I stopped watching in my very early teens but they’re still around. I’d rather have WB cartoons like the “Bugs Bunny & Tweety Show” around on re-runs.
Comedians saying the world is too politically correct. I can see both sides, yes it might offend you? If it does don’t watch it? Seems simple to me. A lot of it also doesn’t need to be said, so in that case are you going to judge a person on how they express themselves? In the end it’s very subjective.

I have no sympathy for apple. Nobody needs another streaming music site. You’ve got a really good idea with iTunes, it just needs to be revamped $1.50 per album download to the label & $1.50 to Apple. Then $0.00-$7.00 to the artist. $3.00-$10.00 for 1 album. That’s more than 50% off of what the price for a CD was? Sounds good to me? Anybody at Apple or the label going to come up with music ideas? http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/many-indie-labels-may-refuse-to-sign-apple-music-contract-20150616
I need to slow down on my music purchasing on iTunes. But I am curious as to when the next “Tremonti”, “Alter Bridge” & the solo album by Myles Kennedy is being released? I’m assuming “Tremonti’s” other album he recorded while in studio will be released in the first half of next year? He’d have time to tour that album while Myles Kennedy works on his solo album I’ve been hearing about for the last 4 years?
Songs I like. “Jack Johnson” Our first dance at our wedding was “Better Together” by Jack Johnson! Yes, I’ve made “Banana Pancakes” about 3 times.

Free music? Who just stood up & said “Musicians shouldn’t be paid for their job!”? I don’t agree with it & no matter where you get your music from the artist(s) don’t get paid for the albums or songs you get from whatever web site. I’m all for iTunes as you know, musicians get pennies from iTunes. So how do I support the bands I like? Hopefully they can afford to tour here & I get the opportunity to see them live. Here’s what’s wrong with that. If Taylor Swift comes to town, will I go to see her live? No. I only like the recent album “1989”, why? I’m not really a fan of country music & I assume she’ll preform songs from her previous albums, I don’t want to hear those songs. So here are MY thoughts on what should happen with the music industry, just my opinion.
Have the labels tell the bands to only release their stuff on one site in particular, most people have an iPod, iPad, iPhone or an iTunes account so maybe go with iTunes? The label & management get $1.00 per downloaded album, iTunes get $1.00 per downloaded album, & the artist(s) can take $0.00 – $18.00. If a member of a group has died let the estate choose in the same range. If you would like to purchase random songs make them a $3.00 charge per song, label/management, iTunes, & the artist get $1.00 each. Just my thoughts, don’t know if it will work or not. In the end you’ll own the music & not be tied down to a contract for a streaming site for your life & it’s less than buying a physical copy of the album, that won’t get scratched or roughed up over multiple years. I’m all for “digital” music. I really don’t have the space for vinyl, CDs, or cassettes. I also don’t want to have to visit multiple websites to own the music. There are 5.000.000 iTunes accounts in the world, and that’s all I know about. Still cheaper than my CDs in the range of $25-$30 each.
I guess that wont happen now that I think about it more. It’s exactly like the iPod classic now. Apple has discontinued the iPod classic (I have a 160gb iPod classic) when my iPod classic dies, Apple will replace with an iPod touch if I send it in. I don’t think I will. I have trouble controlling my hands & arms, touch screens aren’t so good for me, & it has a 120gb capacity. Apple is basically saying “Here it is, & now you can’t have it”. The same thing the music industry would be doing “Here’s free music, now you can’t have it”. “Here’s a donut, you cant have it, here’s some spinach”. Whatever happens a group of people will be quite angry. Even with these streaming sites, you’ve always been able to OWN your music in some form be it vinyl, cassettes, CDs or “digitally”. As long as I have the option to own my music digitally, I’m fine.
Songs I like. “Gin Blossoms” I own 2 CDs from the ’90s.

The Traveling Wilburys. Tom Petty, George Harrison, Roy Orbison, Jeff Lynne, and Bob……….Bob Dylan. As the story (or many different stories) goes that I heard, They all just happened to be in the same town at the same time and figured they should hangout and record an album. They only have 1 double album. The first CD is darn good to me, the 2nd CD, not so much. Here’s a few songs from the 1st CD.
