5 day exercise total; 600 leg lifts, 450 crunches, 450 squats, 300 back flexes, 475 curls, 150 tricep lifts w/ weights, yoga, & stretching. I’m still trying to figure out the numbers with the weights.
I fell asleep to “Them Crooked Vultures”, followed “The Watchmen” the album “Silent Radar”
I exercised to. Nothing totally forgot to grab the remote before I started exercising
I don’t mind this exercise stuff at all. I do feel better & more alert a few minutes after I exercise. Like having a cup of coffee in the morning. I drink very little coffee lately. I’m not sure why, I just don’t crave it & with the combination of coffee & my pills, I get dry mouth. Even with just my pills, the only side effect I notice is dry mouth. Coffee just adds to the problem.
I was speaking with a friend of mine who is a body builder regarding my eating habits. I’m not trying to look beefy, just wanting to stand on my own. I’m almost doing what he recommended. I just need to have small meals 6 times a day instead of the 5 I have during the day. He didn’t say this but I need my sugar intake to decrease & stick to just natural sugar such as fruit & not ice cream or cookies as often.
Weekends I’ll have a minimal amount of alcoholic beverages, like 4 for the weekend on occasion I’ll avoid it on a weekend, & have no desire for it.
I’m not really cutting anything out, just paying attention as to what & how much of it I’m putting into my body.
8 weeks until they can fix our air conditioner. They need to order a valve from Texas. Our building manager went out of his way to buy us a portable air conditioner. He didn’t have to do that, but we’re happy he did that for us.
Something is EXTREMELY wrong/not working with my Facebook account since March or April? I’ve sent Facebook many messages asking if they could please fix the problem, but it seems as though they’re not willing to fix the problem I’m having.
I got my brand new iPod touch that you’ll need for the update in the fall. It holds 256 GB. All of my iTunes are on it (128 G) & it loaded very fast Wednesday evening, when Kim & I set it up & had to switch our home sharing to 2 apple IDs. I was the second user on her account before. Everything is great with it, now I just have to learn how to use a touch screen. I’ve used my father’s cell to text mom on our way home from Calgary & I really don’t like using them. Apple should bring back the iPod Classic.
Brian Doherty (Big Wreck 2nd guitarist) lost his battle with cancer. R.I.P. Thanks for the music you left us with. You will be missed.
Pre-Season CFL football Thursday evening. YAY it’s back! Roughriders lost but it was a very entertaining game regardless. Winnipeg beat us 35W-29L. It’s only pre-season though. I missed the Jays game Thursday night though.
An American metal band out of Virginia. The group consists of 4 people but it has been a revolving door of members. Other than that, I really don’t know much about them. I have 2 albums by them. Their albums are titled as colours. I have an album called “Purple” & a double album called “Yellow & Green”. Others on iTunes are “Blue Record”, “Red”, & “Gold & Grey” which is currently available for preorder June 14th. I bought these 2 albums long before my wife had an Apple Music account. The preview on iTunes suckered me in. They’re not terrible albums, they just don’t have much lasting power to make me go back & listen to them.
