I’m pretty sure this is the first year I completely forgot about my cancer, that’s probably a good thing? It was 14 years ago today, February 5th 2008, that I passed out/laid down on the catwalk of the printing press I was running. I was taken into an Ambulance in the parking lot at work. My wife, Kim, came in through the still open backdoors of the Ambulance. I said to her “It’ll be OK sweetie” & I blacked out, only to wake up 4 or 5 weeks later in a VERY odd room full of “sleeping” people on beds.

I’m stronger, more alert, I exercise for at least an hour 5 days a week first thing in the morning, & I eat healthier, not perfect. I drink 2-6 liters of water a day & play guitar the rest of the day.

It’s not a perfect life but I’m thankful to be alive & spend my life with Kim!
