THE OTHER HOUSE

It’s all but sold to other people.  Yesterday I felt like we had a 0.1% chance of getting it still.  After a call this morning it’s now a 0.00001% chance of getting it.  I worried myself sick yesterday & now it’s pretty much over.  I hope the new owners use/need all of the wonderful wheelchair accessibility stuff that has been added & can make use of it.  It would be sad to get that place just to get rid of that stuff.

I’m bummed, but at the same time it’s out of our hands.  Unless something goes terribly wrong for either of the parties involved, we’re done.  It was perfect, just needed some updating on the decor inside.  It was in our price range, in a great area, VERY wheelchair accessible, & had everything we wanted.  A place like that likely won’t come around twice in a lifetime.  Oh well, I guess we wait to hear what happens.

Unless a miracle happens before October 11th, we’ll be done at that time & off of the market.
