Do you have a question about stage 4 brain cancer? Ask if you do!
4 day exercise total; 000 pushups, 200 leg lifts, 300 crunches, 0 tricep lifts, 300 squats, 200 back flexes. Yoga & stretching for just over an hour on Tuesday & Thursday. No arm stuff this week, those muscles are incredibly sore.
I fell asleep to “Pink” the album “Hurts 2B Human”
I exercised to “Metallica” the album “Master of Puppets”
Please know that I wasn’t an angry monster this entire time? I bawled a lot while in the WRC, my frustration & anger got to the point where I’d send any random person that didn’t agree with me a nasty email or private message. The frustration, anger, & stress took over again in late April. As for now I’m feeling better by just admitting publically that it’s all on me. I can’t wait to see a professional & start dealing with my issues, & having so many people not tip-toe around me in case I blow up. I was never that person before & I REALLY don’t want to be that person again, EVER!
I may exercise quite a bit, so the physical side of cancer can easily be worked on. The mental side I’ll have to have assistance with.
I had a routine Cancer Clinic appointment late Wednesday morning. Different Doctor that has never seen me before. My doctor is away until this summer. No cancer & nobody called me fat!
The doctor asked what I did for exercise since it came up. I told him part of my workout schedule & he just stopped me & said “Well now I feel bad”. I told him it wasn’t that big of a deal, I don’t have a job, therefor I have all the time in the world to exercise.
He went on to say that many people who get cancer often wonder “Why me”? I did that for quite a while until I realized & wrote this before, “Why not me”? I’d rather be on the inside of the story than on the outside looking in & wondering/worrying if things will workout?
22 years ago on May 20th 1997, Foo Fighters released “The Colour & the Shape”. The next, 3rd, album “There is Nothing Left to Lose” inspired me to pick up a guitar & teach myself how to play it.
What will be coming out this year & is already recorded! Alter Bridge, Big Wreck, Chevelle, Sum 41, & Tool, so they say. Here are the tracks these bands have released from their new albums.
Why is Hollywood continuing to feed us reboots? It wasn’t a musical before for a reason!
We don’t have enough time for me to describe my feelings towards Spotify.
23 years ago Tuesday, May 21st. Soundgarden released the album “Down on the Upside”
What does a heckler get out of messing with a person that has a microphone? Nothing! Only that now EVERYONE knows who the heckler is!
The best of “Lamb of God”? I already have all of their albums?
Long article/interview with Ozzy Osbourne
THE DAMNED THINGS
This group is more of a side project for the 5 musicians that are already in different bands. Guitarist Scott Ian from “Anthrax”, the 2 lesser known members of “Fall Out Boy”, the 2nd guitarist & drummer. A singer & bassist that don’t ring a bell for me. They released their 2nd album at the end of April. WOW sophomore slump. The first album was great, nothing like the 2nd album at all. I don’t like calling out a band on a bad album. I preordered it so that’s on me. Neither of their albums are really metal, they’re more of a hard rock vibe to them. I’ll give 2 songs from each album. Maybe the 2nd album will grow on me?
