I fell asleep to “Dead Sara” the album “Pleasure to Meet you”
I exercised to “Big Wreck” the album “Grace Street”
I had breakfast to “Bruce Springsteen” the album “Born in the USA”
Great weekend & needed break at the cabin, then Monday came. I did 5/6 exercises, I might scale it down to 4 but we’ll see? Of course Tuesdays & Thursdays will be the other exercise(s). One weekend of an actual break from exercise & scenery worked wonders for me! I need to do that more often!
Yes, we watched the Saskatchewan Roughrider game on TV at the cabin.
I always listen to music, but especially when I bummed out. Cut out all of the non-sense around me & dive into the music. I guess “Lzzy Hale” of “Halestorm” does the same?

LANGUAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When my grandmother died, I was 19. I went to my room downstairs & listened to I Mother Earth after her funeral. She died December 5th, 1999. I would also drive my car to Moose Jaw & back blasting “Foo Fighters” “There is Nothing Left to Lose” constantly for 1 ½ hours in a round trip.
Foo Fighters are playing the Super Bowl this year???????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ALTER BRIDGE CONCERT BLU-RAY
Alter Bridge released their first studio album of now 5 in total back in 2004. When I heard the singer’s voice, I knew it sounded REALLY good & very familiar. Yes, the 3 other guys are the guitarist, drummer, & bassist from the band ‘Creed’. I still listen to the first ‘Creed’ album, but not very often. The singer’s name is Myles Kennedy. I realized, after my time in the hospitals, that he was in a band called “The Mayfield Four”. I saw them in 1999 or 2000 when they opened for “The Watchmen” & “Big Wreck”, I then figured out that he sang inaudible backing vocals on “Big Wreck’s” 2nd album on the song “Breakthrough”
I found the first Mayfield 4 album & the 2nd album is available on iTunes. Myles Kennedy is now the singer for “Slash feat. Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators”. I bought one Slash album on iTunes & I just never have the desire to listen to it, despite the FANTASTIC vocals from Myles. Here’s a track from each of “The Mayfield Four” albums. I’ll follow them up with a few tunes from the blu-ray of “Alter Bridge” but keep in mind the orchestra is much more prevalent in a surround mix.
NOW THE ALTER BRIDGE BLU-RAY
Please share this, I’m not profiting from this at all. Word of mouth is the only way of promoting this.
