I fell asleep to “Foo Fighters” the album “Concrete & Gold”, followed by the band “James” their “Greatest Hits” or the album “Laid” if you recognize it, it’s from the soundtrack of one of the “American Pie” movies.  Search for “James the band” if you like this

I exercised to “Matthew Good Band” the album “Underdogs”

When I went into the Wascana Rehabilitation Center I was on the 2nd floor initially.  Sometime in 2010 I was asked by a social worker if I’d switch rooms & go to the main floor.  The room I was in on the 2nd floor had oxygen for people that needed it.  I didn’t so I said “Yeah, no problem.”  The social worker was so relieved.  She was turned down by multiple people that refused to switch rooms.  I thought that was EXTREMELY odd?  People said “no” to changing rooms?  Same care on the first floor, really not a big deal at all.

I was genuinely shocked that anyone wouldn’t give up their room for someone else that needs it?  That’s still a vivid memory to me.

If you’re not using the oxygen that someone else needs, why not make things easier for another patient?  I think it may have more to do with people fearing change?  Most people avoid change & tend to think something different won’t be as good.

Even to this day I have to adapt to regular things.  The biggest question for me is if I can get into a place & if I can get to the washroom on my own.  Maybe I can, maybe I’ll need help until I figure it out, or maybe I can’t do it alone?

My parents’ washroom in the basement was tricky, I could do it, but it was tricky to do it.  They put in some grab bars for me & now it’s super easy for me!

Chevelle is in the studio from what I saw on Facebook.

New song from Myles Kennedy’s solo album

Florida shootings.  I hope this will wake gun owners up!

I agree “thoughts & prayers” are doing anything.  Why is it that so many people are OK with reacting to a shooting & not being proactive to avoid the shooting?  Are we going to wait for the kids to grow up, or the current adults with guns to grow up?

I hate the fact that I see all of these mass shootings on TV & I feel numb “Oh, it will happen again next week” & unfortunately that’s what usually happens.  I think when anyone says “Ah, it’s a mental health problem.  Don’t blame the guns.”  WHY?   What if it involved a member of your family?  “My family is fine, we all have a gun for protection”.  Yeah, so far that’s working great for others, especially when a gun owner snaps & goes on a killing spree.

All of the music news you need to see.

Maynard’s going to be very busy, singing for 3 bands.

You can’t really blame the singer for his voice sounding so much like Robert Plant.  The bassist & drummer aren’t at the Led Zeppelin plateau & the guitarist is guilty for the tone of his guitar & Zeppelin sound alike riffs.  I wouldn’t complain about a band having a similar sound as Led Zeppelin?

I’d rather see a human on stage showing their craft, but maybe that’s just me.  This stuff seems more like a gimmick to me.

Another song from the upcoming “Stone Temple Pilots” album

I’m not sure how to feel about this?  “The Birds of Prey” album by “Live” was very questionable at best.  I guess we’ll see if there’s any gas in the tank?

Baseball season hasn’t even started & the Blue Jays $20,000,000 33 year old short stop is already coming to spring training with a bone spur.
