I fell asleep to “Black Sabbath” the album “Black Sabbath” followed by “Foo Fighters the album I recorded from the radio station when I was 20 “Live from Montreal 2000” followed by “Greta Van Fleet” their only album “From the Fires” X 2, “Devin Townsend Project” the album “Transcendence” & finally “In Flames” the album “Sounds of a Playground”

Yeah, I was wide awake until 3:15 am, despite going to bed a 10:15 pm.  My mind was racing.  Anything I could pretend to stress about, I did so.  Why?  I don’t know.

I exercised to “Stone Sour” the album “Hydrograd”

 

Weekly exercise total for a 5 day week.  750 pushups, 500 crunches, 540 leg lifts, 250 squats, 540 triceps pushups, & 200 back flexes.  I was playing with the numbers this week.

Yes, every morning starts with me doing exercise, even over the holidays I just did 3 of my exercise, & stopped for a few days.  I’ve been back to 6 & 2 mystery exercises I’ll tell you about near the end of the year.

When Kim came home on Wednesday she brought up the mail.  Behold another 3 months of a prescription (from my family doctor who also was one of my doctors during my entire cancer scare) for low level in my Thyroid.  One day I just want to be a “normal” or as close to a “normal” person.  Just one day, without having to take pills.  I’m OK with my wheelchair for now & I’m fine with having an iPatch.

I guess I’m getting older, I’ll be 38 next week.  I’ve been taking medication for EVERYTHING & I’m just tired of doing that but I know that’s something I NEED to do.  I’ll be done my anti-biotics, for an apparent bladder infection, on the weekend.  Likely tomorrow I’ll start 3 months of pills for my Thyroid.  Those pills better help me lose weight!!!!

On the upside I’ve added 6 or 10 T-Shirts that fit me now this week.  There’s my “Opeth” shirt that I could wear if I wanted to show my belly off.  I believe it has shrunk in length A LOT.

 

Now I have a 4^th concert I don’t want to miss, my brother will see it too.  No date, but they mentioned coming to Regina.  Finger Eleven & I Mother Earth.  Hopefully it’s on a weekend but if it’s not, I’ll be there with my younger but bigger brother.  They mention other nooks & crannies across Canada as well.  Worst case scenario, we’ll have to go to Saskatoon (I’m sick of that boring drive, 2.5 hours but it feels like 8 hours) bigger venue there though.

I think this is the 20^th anniversary of Finger Eleven’s debut album?  My brother is a huge fan of both bands.  I love I Mother Earth, & I like Finger Eleven.

With “Slayer” retiring I’d throw “Trivium” or “Lamb of God” into the big 4

I bought this on Thursday & I can’t stop listening to it.  The singer, at times, sounds just like Robert Plant of “Led Zeppelin” & depending on the song the band sounds as though “Led Zeppelin” & “Lynyrd Skynyrd” had a baby.  There’s your review for that album since it only has 8 songs on it
