I fell asleep to “Corrosion of Conformity” the new album “No Cross No Crown”
4 day week total. My muscles were very sore Thursday, I only did 3 of my 6 exercises & I was tinkering the numbers this. Now I’m sick today, no exercise today. I feel fine but my stomach completely disagrees. All of these totals will be out of whack. My exercising is now 50/50 of walking in the future & shedding around 25 pounds. I developed terrible eating habits since I was doing so much therapy/exercise that I could eat ANYTHING & not gain weight. I actually went down 2” in waist size. I finished my therapy, & all of the weight went straight to my belly. Everything else looks like I’m good. My doctor didn’t even say anything about my weight. My cancer clinic doctor will though. Really need to do some cardio.
586 pushups, 400 crunches, 300 leg lifts, 135 triceps pushups, 120 back flexes, & 190 squats
That amount of exercise tires me out. I need to do more if I’m ever going to “…walk again…”
I’m on anti-biotics now. When I gave my urine sample, they found that I have a bladder infection. I’m glad that’s all they found after testing my blood & urine, could have been much worse!
A TON of fans of whatever band think bands should change their name when a member leaves or is added. This is my reason why they shouldn’t.
“Alice in Chains” had their singer die & now it’s basically guitarist Jerry Cantrell & friends. “Stone Temple Pilots” just got a new singer after their original singer died a few years ago. ¾ remain & singer Jeff Gutt just joined. I don’t think Jeff Gutt & friends likely wouldn’t work. “Foo Fighters” could have changed their name 6 times. “Big Wreck” could have changed their name 3 times. “Trivium” has released 9 studio albums & have had 7-9 different drummers. “Finger Eleven” was known as “Rainbow Butt Monkeys” & recorded 1 album under that name. They got a different drummer & changed their name to “Finger Eleven”, that’s fine, not many people knew who they were. They don’t have an everyday drummer now. They toured with a session drummer for the last album.
“Into Eternity” currently have one original member of 5 members. The 4 other members have changed individually many times. “Pearl Jam” took drummer Matt Cameron when “Soundgarden” broke up in ’97. When “Soundgarden” came back he was doing double duty, drumming for both bands! “Lamb of God” released their first S/T album as “Burn the Priest”. They were banned from places & changed their name for their 2nd album to “Lamb of God”, I don’t recommend the “Burn the Priest” album to anyone.
So what should “Soundgarden” or “Linkin Park” do if they both get a different lead singer? Nothing like starting from zero, “…where (nobody) knows your name…”?
- Alice in Chains
- Stone Temple Pilots
- Foo Fighters
- Big Wreck
I could go on & on, but you get my point. Once you’re famous or somewhat famous, you wouldn’t want to start from scratch again in a band. They have all been there & done that already, no need to do it again. I wouldn’t, if I had too!
It’s coming, “Super Troopers 2”. Trailer inside the link, LANGUAGE!!!!!!
Sorry “Nickelback” fans but this was too funny to not post. No disrespect to “Nickelback” or their massive amount of fans.
The more you share this, the more readers I get. No, I’m not profiting from this in any way. I can’t tell who’s reading this but thank you!
