Friday after having a routine annual checkup, & a few refills, I had some blood taken at the lab, & my doctor said he’d call me whether the results were good or bad.  I told him “If I see your number on the phone I’ll answer with aww shit” good chuckle all around.  After that Kim brought me home around or close to 12:00 noon & she went to work.  I changed into shorts & ate.  I hadn’t eaten since 9:00 the night before for the blood work.  I was hungry!  I had done my exercise before going for my appointment.

Saturday Jolene & Hannah came for a short visit in the morning.  Kim left to go grocery shopping around 2:00 pm, & I went to “Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi” with dad.  I remember watching the original trilogy with him when I was a wee lad on VHS.  My brother wasn’t born yet, I think I was 5 years old?  No spoilers here just a trailer……………..ALWAYS!

Came home & had a quick bite to eat so I could not eat until I produce a urine sample this morning.

Woke up around 10:30 am, peed in a cup.  Now I’ll have some breakfast, cook some fish for the week, & boil some eggs.

I miss Brian Byrne singing for I Mother Earth.  Unfortunately Edwin doesn’t have the same vocal style to perform songs from the last 2 albums.

Pretty much daily news coming from “Tool”, which means nothing or a new album in 2019 or 2020?

Blue Jays arbitration happenings on Friday.  Why leave 2 of the more important players until the end?  Why was Carrera among the first to sign?  Right because he’d be lucky to play anywhere else as a backup 4^th outfielder!

I bought the “Corrosion of Conformity” album on Friday.  Haven’t had time to really give it a good listen though!  I saw one review, here it is…….
