I fell asleep to “Foo Fighters” the album “Wasting Light”

I exercised to Kim watching TV.

This is late.  I just didn’t want to get out of bed.  I woke up shortly after 8:00 am & finally got my butt moving at 10:00 am had a quick bite to eat & then exercised.  I thought things would get easier as I did them more?  I sweated profusely today though, doing the same exercises as yesterday.

I’m pretty sure these will be posted later on in the morning since I’ve added more exercises.

I’m not the hero or victim in this cancer nonsense.  My family, Kim’s family, & our friends are the heroes.  I would never be able to get this far on my own.  If Kim wasn’t working, we’d really be hooped.  She works, I exercise.  There’s no income for exercising as much as possible.  Our immediate families are very important to both of us.  James, Sherry, Mitch, Rachel, & my parents are all in Regina.  If we need help of any kind that they can help with, none of them think twice about helping us out.  Our friends in Regina are the same.  If we need help, they’re ready & on call.  No offense to anyone, Mitch & Kim are my phone a friend peeps.

When I was acting like a complete idiot, Mitch put me in my place.  Kim wasn’t very happy at that time either.  I didn’t see it because I wasn’t thinking about anyone else or how my behavior was affecting others.

If things had turned out differently & I had died, many other people would have died on the inside.  I didn’t die though & thank goodness I didn’t!  Not everyone gets a second chance at life other than cats that get 9 lives.  No I’m trying to steer the boat, with many others, in the right direction.  I’m sure we’ll run into some nasty waves along the way but with help awaiting the call, we’ll be OK.

Kim has this entire week off.  We watched 2 more movies on Monday.  Spider – Man Homecoming & Thor: The Dark World.  I really didn’t like the first Thor movie but this second one was REALLY good.  I saw Spider – Man Homecoming in the theater & I knew it was a movie I’d watch again.  Right now I’m holding out to see Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi & we may go this weekend to Pitch Perfect 3?

I’m sure A Perfect Circle will be released this year.  It could be a long wait before we hear a new Tool album.  I’ll believe it when I have it.  Danny Carey said in 2016 that there would be a new Tool album in 2017.  Their last release was in 2006 titled “10,000 Days”.  If that’s when the release is we have roughly 16.397 years to wait, if I did the math properly?  A Perfect Circle has 2 singles out already, still no release date though.

U2 – Songs of Experience.

I was a HUGE U2 fan in High School.  I have 11 albums on CD right from the 1st album 1980’s “Boy” to 2005’s “How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb”.  After that album I just assumed they had retired, until “Songs of Innocence” appeared in my iTunes.  That album was light years away from what I would consider a U2 album.  I got into them on “The Joshua Tree” released in 1987.  I (my mom) didn’t purchase it for me until 1989 or 1990(?) when I was with her at Costco & saw it there.  My mother isn’t a U2 fan, but she bought that CD for me.  I played that CD over & over & over etc. in my bedroom on my boom box at a LOUD volume.  I think my mother deeply regretted that Costco purchase.

After that album I casually bought the previous albums & kept a steady pace with future U2 releases.

The new album “Songs of Experience” I seem to enjoy it more with each listen.  I find it to be a good mix of old & new U2.  Here’s someone else’ take on it. I would never suggest a U2 album to anyone that has never been a fan of them.  If you’ve enjoyed previous albums, DEFINITELY check this album out!  Thanks to Jonny Amore & Timothy Wong for drawing my attention to this album!
