I figure it’s close to the holidays, so 1-3 more blogs & my list of albums of the year should do it for 2016. Yes, I already know what my New Year’s resolution is & I don’t make resolutions often. I plan to add cardio to my exercise list. Recumbent exercise bike or walking with my walker every Saturday morning. I’ll need help & Kim has agreed to go with me. We can walk in the parkade & I’ll need help on & off the exercise bike. Of course I’ll be doing that here. No point in me spending money on a gym membership when I can do that here!
This pinched nerve thing can go away anytime. It felt really as though it was “on the mend” during the week then on Saturday evening watching a movie with Kim, I had to ask her if she could move to the other couch so that I could lay down on my side. At the moment it’s nearing 7:00 am on Sunday, December 11, 2016. I’ve listen to 2.5 albums on my iPod while trying to get comfortable in bed, got up, shaved, had breakfast, poured a coffee, & now I’m here. Waking up because of pain that early, not cool.
Tuesday evening, saw my chiropractor today & he’s confused as to why it hasn’t healed? Another message therapy & another chiropractor appointment if needed. 4 weeks down the toilet exercise wise.
And all of the disbelievers will rant about how this is such a waste of time.

Canada tends to get the typical “Canadian” tour from most groups. Montreal, Toronto, & Vancouver. All are minimum a 2 or 3 day drive from Saskatchewan. As much as I love live music, there’s no way I could justify sitting in a vehicle that long for a concert, & flying is too expensive!
