EXERCISE WEEKLY TOTAL

I fell asleep to “Stitched Up Heart” the debut album/only album “Never Alone”, then “Stone Sour” about 1/3 of the album “Audio Secrecy” then the entire album “Come What(ever) May”

I exercised to “Bob Geldof” ½ of the album “Deep in the Heart of Nowhere”, then “U2” the entire album “Rattle & Hum”

8:07am & I’m done my workout that started at 6:30 am! I’m really tired, better than yesterday, but pretty tired!

This is for anyone & everyone who might find this interesting! Please help me out if you don’t mind? Please do what you can to spread the word?

Yes, this is also on facebook if you prefer.

Weekly total; 7500 crunches, 700 leg lifts, 310 push ups, 260 squats. Squats were the exercise that I had to slowly increase throughout the week.

80 squats, 1500 crunches, 140 leg lifts & 60 push ups everyday, 5 days a week. Got there with the Thursday exercises. Took longer than usual but I got there Thursday & Friday.

I should be careful! I tend to smack the back of my head while doing my crunches, that yoga mat I’ve been using for the last 3 months is very thin compared to the puzzle pieces I was using before! I’ve had a brain injury before & I survived, I’ll be OK, & more cautious!

The further away from December 31st, 2008, when I was declared cancer free by the doctors, the entire thing seems very insignificant. Sure, I’m in a wheelchair & somethings are difficult or impossible to do, I either have to figure out how to do it. Or just not think about it since it’s not something any physically disabled person can do. Here’s an example- I really liked hiking in Banff in 2000 or 2001 with Rob. Until/if I can walk, I don’t need to think about that. I need to focus on my exercises so I can eventually think about going hiking. At this point, I can do more things, than I can’t or at least it’s pretty even.

KONGOS track tales

Are “Guns n’ Roses” really considered as a “Hard Rock” band? When did that happen? I missed the memo?

If an opening act had anything to do with Rage Against The Machine, I’d be very satisfied.

“Prophets of Rage” play surprise show outside of a California prison

I should probably clarify “The Tragically Hip” news. They’re not playing in Regina. The restaurant/bar will be airing the final show on CBC. I believe the show itself will be broadcast throughout Canada on CBC. It will be their final show as the singer, Gord Downie, has terminal brain cancer. Sad way to end a career.

I guess if I’m going to call “Batman vs. Superman” one of the best comic book I should add 2 others to that list. “Deadpool” & “Captain America:The Civil War”. All 3 are very different movies. “Batman vs. Superman” is very dark, Batman drops a couple of F-Bombs in the Ultimate Edition, he’s that angry. “Deadpool” is quite raunchy. Imagine if Kevin Smith wrote an action movie, I think that describes it best. “Captain America:The Civil War” is probably the best Avengers movie thus far. Better off NOT FOR KIDS! LANGUAGE POSSIBLY OR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE!!!!!

Metallica released “The Black” album 25 years ago. We played 2 songs from this album at Beerfest in 2002. I called it old Metallica then some jerk tried to fight me because it wasn’t old Metallica? It was 11 years old at the time?
