My back is still messed up.  I’ll post a long blog tomorrow, & get cracking on a weekend update.  This is usually a 6 days a week thing.  I haven’t exercised other than stretching as I was told to by the chiropractor.  Could be a quiet week next week too?  Without exercising every day, I get bored!  I feel like I should be doing something, then I move & remember why I’m not.
