I fell asleep to “Rob Zombie” the entire new album followed by “Tremonti’s” album “Dust”

I exercised to “Big Wreck” 4 studio albums, 1 live EP & a concert at Roy Thompson Hall with a Symphony Orchestra just before their hiatus in 2002, after their second studio album.

I had to do some stuff in the kitchen, dishwasher & make a new juice so of course I put on some music. “Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals” the new album “Call It What It Is”

That Big Wreck song. That’s the only time I’ve ever broken a bone. I was at Edgefest in Saskatoon, a one day festival outside in the summer of 1999. Big Wreck was on stage & I was in the mosh pit @ the age of 19. I was holding up a crowd surfer & some other body came flying out of nowhere & used my face as a landing target. Immediately blood started pouring out of my nose. Shirt, shorts, & shoes were all covered in blood. Everybody in the mosh pit cleared out of the way for me to run to the closest security guard at the front of the stage. He picked me up as though I was s heavy as feather & pointed me to the first aid tent. I stayed there for a short amount of time & told the EMT I was OK & the blood had stopped. I wasn’t going to miss Big Wreck? I got up & left after a few questions from the EMT. I went out & stayed out of the pit, just behind the crowd. Big Wreck were still playing the same song!

Yep, I pushed it too far on Monday. Took it back a bit on Tuesday, & I’m good with the number I hit for leg lifts. Still more than it was last week, now my hip flexers don’t get sore. I have to remember to increase things at a minimal amount & take my time when I increase something.

I woke up yesterday & thought “Great it’s Friday!!…Crap it’s Tuesday”

20th anniversary of Rage Against The Machine’s album “Evil Empire” Consequence of Sound’s Masterpiece Review LANGUAGE IN BOTH LINKS!!!!!!!!!

REALLY? These things are harder to attain than an assault rifle? Do you now have to ware a bullet proof suit everywhere you go?

Rob Zombie’s empire is based on fear. What’s his fear? He’s a writer, director & musician.

11 years ago Foo Fighters released their 5th studio album. The double album “In Your Honour”. 10 rock songs & 10 acoustic songs.

Great! Since we need another streaming site. That was full of sarcasm “by the way”

Jury selection for the “Stairway to Heaven” trial. Why are they being sued now instead of when the song was released?

New Opeth later on this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If Tool was labeled as a metal group, I think they’d sound like Opeth?

27 years ago Nirvana released the album “Bleach”. The album released before “Nevermind” before Dave Grohl joined Nirvana.

Failure Anthem video, I’ve never heard of them before? Facebook is now how I find out about bands. Used to be Much Music. But they don’t play music much these days. Canada’s MTV. From what I can tell on iTunes, this is their first album, it was released in January. It rubs me the wrong way, but there it is if you want it!

I’d love to see Kongos in Saskatoon on October 1st but the 2.5 hour drive feels like an 9 hour drive, Saskatchewan’s flat!
