I fell asleep to “Tool” the album “Aenima”

I exercised to “Coheed and Cambria” the latest release “The Color Before the Sun”

LANGUAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m still a bit tired so again I did one exercise instead of 2 or 3. I did not consume enough alcohol to merit a hangover, honestly I don’t think I’ve had more than 3 drinks in an evening maybe twice or thrice since I left the WRC in 2012. I tend to have maybe a total of 4 drinks an entire weekend. If I’m up past midnight & completely sober, it takes me a handful of days to recuperate.

I’m not a Marilyn Manson fan, I don’t want to see him die either. If he’s found shot in the head, we now know who the first suspect will be!

Stupid boring drive to Saskatoon. The “Eagles of Death Metal” should come to Regina or “Moose Jaw”. Saskatoon makes me REALLY weigh my options at this point.
