I fell asleep to “Opeth” the album “Ghost Reveries”
I woke up to “Dream Theater” the album “Systematic Chaos”
I emptied the dishwasher to “Jimmy Eat World” the album “Chase this Light”
I exercised to ”Lamb of God” the latest album “Strum Und Drang”
When Kim’s at work I play my music & watch my TV or Movies that she doesn’t care for. Takes me about a week to watch a movie though. Exercise, Brewster & whatever else take priority.
I don’t see myself as physically handicapped. Probably because I can be very stubborn. A few years ago I would agree that I was physically handicapped. Yes, I need assistance with certain things, as time goes by though, there are fewer things I need help with.
Kim was helping me walk last night. We put Brewster in our parked vehicle in the parking garage, he’s like having a child, in that he can’t be left alone. I was waiting in the lobby for Kim to come back from putting Brewster in the vehicle. In the meantime I struck up a conversation with another person about the age of Kim & I, maybe a bit younger? She was also in a wheelchair. We didn’t speak for long, our parking spot isn’t too far away at all. I asked “Can I ask what put you in a wheelchair?” She replied & said “Car crash”. We didn’t speak much after that because of limited time.
What I took away from that conversation was that anyone’s life can change in a millisecond from anything. Be it winning the lottery, starting off in a new school, getting off a plane somewhere you’ve never been before, being diagnosed with any life threatening disease or being involved in any accident, etc. Life is whatever you make of it. You’re born & you’ll die. Everything in between is up to you.
Ah, “Suits” back for another season! It was on Bravo last night, a pleasant surprise from our DVR. We watch too much TV as it is, but I missed that show more than I thought.
“Sevendust” with “Trivium” spring 2016 U.S.A. tour dates!
I love this song!!! I used to know it.
New Rob Zombie song. I’m a casual fan of him & his former group “White Zombie” his solo stuff has much more of a pop sound to it.
I’m still on the fence about this having it’s own show. I think I prefer it on Jimmy Fallon
Geezer Butler retracts statement about Bill Ward. Both members of Black Sabbath
That makes 5 songs in total for the 5th Alter Bridge studio album!!!!
Megadeth’s David Ellefson pays tribute to recently deceased bassist for “Dio” Jimmy Bain
The President & Hillary Clinton weigh in on Oscar controversy. Only caucasians nominated. “Straight Outta Compton” was really good!!!
Coldplay set path for 2016 U.S.A. tour. I still prefer their first two albums. Song from each below!
“Sia”, “Natalie Portman”, “Jimmy Fallon” & “The Roots”
Ian Fletcher Thornley shared it…
“Steel Panther”. Sounds too much like 80s hair metal, not my thing. LANGUAGE!!!!!
New Kevin Smith movie “Yoga Hosers” If you’ve seen any Kevin Smith movie other than “Jersey Girl” & you were offended by it, probably best to skip past this movie.
I’ll have the new “Dream Theater” album tomorrow when I get up!! Thank you iTunes preorder!
However you’re getting this, please pass it along?
