BACK TO REALITY

Today’s workout was brought to you by “Kongos” out of South Africa I believe? I don’t/cant listen to metal & hard rock all of the time.

I’ve added squats to my list of exercises. No this isn’t a New Years resolution. I usually do 2 different exercises a day out of my list, push ups, crunches, leg lifts on my hands & knees, leg lifts on my back, yoga, walking with my walker & Kim’s assistance, stairs with Kim’s assistance, recumbent exercise bike, & now squats. Any combination of the 2. Today is the first time I’ve done squats. They were more challenging than I thought. I’m winded, I did 3 sets of 20 while getting my posture corrected & using my transfer pole for balance only. It will get easier the more I do it. It’s now in my weekly routine.

Being silent is sometimes the best way to go. If I keep my yap shut, I’ll probably learn something. When others are done talking then I’ll talk & maybe teach others something?

Many albums being released this year that I’m looking forward to. Megadeth, maybe Dream Theater & Anthrax (those are wait & see how they are), Tremonti, Alter Bridge, Tool, Into Eternity & likely much more?

Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. New Year’s resolutions aren’t something I even pretend to do, every second it’s a different world & it’s a good way for me to set myself up for failure.

17 Guns n’ Roses videos ranked worst to first. I’m not even going to pretend I’ve listened to them. Guns n’ Roses news is for the readers. Actually this entire site is for you & I. Just stuff I find that I enjoy sharing with you & other stuff that I know some of you will enjoy. If you’re not enjoying this, feel free to unsubscribe. It’s your decision, I’m not going to force you to read it. In the end it’s all quite subjective.

Cell phones at concerts? I’m all for this idea. Many years too late. This should have happened immediately when you were born with a cell phone in hand. I HATE watching a music concert through a strangers cell phone. I had a cell phone for a year, I went to a show with my cell phone off in my pocket. I was asked by a bouncer upon entrance if my phone took pictures or videos. I said “Yes it does”. He asked me to take it back to my vehicle. No problem, I had no intention of using it anyways.

I went to a Foo Fighters concert & an Ed Sheeran concert last year, totally different crowds. I watched Ed Sheeran perform through multiple cell phones at least 50% of the show. I went to Calgary to see Foo Fighters in August. The two people in front of me stood up at one point, seconds later they turned around to ask me if they & their cell phones were in my way. I said “No, enjoy the show how you like. If it becomes an issue I’ll let you know”. No problem they stood up for a song, took a video & later took a photo & that was it.

2 music concerts Ed Sheeran I was among the older generation there. Foo Fighters I was around most peoples age. 2 concerts, very different experiences.

I thought this song might get old fast for me, but it hasn’t. From the new self-titled Pentatonix album!

I’m pretty sure you don’t need to come to the website, unless you’re not subscribing, cant see the videos, or if you want to see earlier posts I’ve made dating back to late 2012.
