Today’s workout was brought to you by the “Lamb of God” album “As The Palaces Burn”

I took my day time pills instead of my night time pills last night aka I woke up at 3:15 am. Finally got up around 4:40 am or so. Shaved, emptied the dishwasher, poured my juice, made coffee, etc.

I wake up early & our place is still 1 celsius degree higher than our heat is set for. It’s December 3rd, why is it so warm still & where is the snow? It’s almost 6 am & I’m sweating? I really don’t like the heat. I even wore shorts to Corey & Jolene’s place last weekend! I’m always uncomfortably warm, then I exercise? Good thing I’m losing some weight! I opened the back door a bit & turned the heater off, then I did my exercises when it cooled off in here.

Wednesday’s Rock It Out Blog

“Appetite for Destruction” had roughly 2 or 3 decent songs for my taste. A possible “Guns n’ Roses” reunion doesn’t get me all that excited.

I’m glad I don’t have to hear this at kickoff at every Roughrider home game.

“Pentatonix” kick the Christmas season into gear…

“Lamb of God” vocalist, Randy Blythe, talks about alcohol, depression, & suicide attempt. You’re welcome, I grabbed part 2 for you.

“Stone Sour” = “Slipknot Light” some members cross over! I like “Slipknot”, but I prefer “Stone Sour”. Stone Sour’s cover of “Iron Maiden”

Local Regina band about to release their 2nd album.

I just really like “Walk off the Earth” here’s a new video….

Dave Navarro “Jane’s Addiction” guitarist met his mother’s murderer? I don’t know how I’d react to that? I’d either sit in silence, ask why, or pummel the person?

New Batman vs. Superman trailer

Consequence of Sound’s band of the year. Tame Impala

“Oh my” is facebook slowing down! When I post my top 10 albums of 2015, I’ll be out until the new year for the Holiday season.

4 day format for “Lollapalooza” festival. Great but will it be 4 days of good music?

January 2016 will see the deluxe versions of the first 3 Black Sabbath albums

“Cage the Elephant” new song

Songs I like, “Waltons” first live band I ever saw opening for Barenaked Ladies in 1992! Out of Regina, you hear the lead singer, Jason Plumb, at every Roughrider home game over the P.A.
