I have “Feist”, from Canada and a local metal band called “The Fifth Dawn” but I haven’t listened to either in a while. I only have one CD from each artist. Yes, the “Feist” song from the iPod commercial. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qA7ycePZujY Then “The Fifth Dawn” rather heavy. Talented but at times a little much for me…
OK, I grew up with this album and still like it! It’s the only FYC album I own on CD haven’t looked for any other albums by them. Mitch knows how to play this riff not difficult for him. I should have bought this album on vinyl in 2006? When I saw it at Vintage Vinyl downtown.
All of these songs on the same album “The Raw and The Cooked” album released in 1988. My parents music. I was never into the ’80s hair metal scene going on in L.A. I was listening to my parents music. I would have made the trip to Moose Jaw to see Big Wreck last year, but I assume Motley Crue was the big name act there and that would drive up ticket prices? I have 0 desire to see the Crue or pretty much any group from the hair metal craze. Of course there’s an exception to every rule or stereotype!
Kim and I tried out the exercise room this morning there’s a tread mill for her to run on and a recumbent exercise bike for me! That’s all that’s in the room and that’s all we really need. Next time we’ll have to read the manuals! The bike would do it’s thing for 3mins and 40+secs then shut off, that was sort of annoying. I can do my walking in the hallway if there’s bad weather and there’s more than enough stairs here for me to practice on.
I am currently slowly weening off of my anti-depressants. I don’t think I need that high of a dosage if any at all now? I didn’t need them before cancer and I don’t really need them now. I’ve mellowed out more than you would think. Sure I have the odd bad day, I’m human, I assume most people have a bad day every now and then.
