Yes, I know that was on Sunday. Not everything was so hot about it. 2 of the performers made terrible mistakes.
Yes it is probably nerve racking to perform any Beatles song in front of the 2 living Beatles.
Don’t change the melody to any Beatles song.
Don’t hit a bad note that made me and my mother cringe when we heard it, you’re a professional singer aren’t you?
Don’t scream the lyrics at the end of a soft/delicate Beatles song. It’s not how they wrote, because a big note is not needed all of the time. Just like a guitar, drum or bass solo isn’t needed in every song. Why change a classic song? You don’t need to mess with a past #1 song, especially a Beatles or Rolling Stones song.
I’m not the be all and end all of music, just somethings that you should be aware of.
“Don’t judge anyone until you’ve been in their shoes”
“Just because today is a terrible day doesn’t mean tomorrow won’t be the best day of your life. You’ve just got to get there”
“Don’t try to please everyone, it CAN’T happen”
“Learn something from your mistakes and don’t do them again”
“I feel good about the good things and bad about the bad things”-David Eric Grohl
