HAPPY HALLOWEEN! No, I’m not a person that waits all year for this, I don’t dress up unless needed, we didn’t even get kids at our door at our old house, across the street from an elementary school. Last year we didn’t even buy candy and it was the first year we had over 3 kids? We had around 7-10 kids and Kim had to turn them away and apologize to each kid or group of kids.
I’m not online much since my desktop computer is in the basement. I get to the basement on my bum, lowering myself each step with my tricepts. It’s just like a 2nd workout for me! Which I’ve already done today. I loathe working out 100 crunches, 40 leg lifts on my back, then 20 arm raises on my hands and knees, 50 leg raises from that position and usually 3-5 planks on my toes and fore arms. I bruised my left big toe 2 weeks ago, so no planking, stairs or walking for me. I’m back to doing 50-100 pushups from my hands and knees, with my knees as far back as possible, to make the pushups as difficult as possible! Then I rest and hoover some water, then make my way down here. I don’t like/feel great after a workout. I feel tired and lazy. Could be because of my workout music? It’s not the new Fall Out Boy anymore it’s old school ’90s techno or rap with a loud beat to it or recent stuff I find catchy and may never listen to again, this stuff…

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h5EofwRzit0 Of course I have Halestorm’s version/cover, not on my workout music though http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NT9X8LF1wZU I do like both versions though! I’ve never been a fan of Daft Punk though, this is the only song of theirs I’ve enjoyed thus far.

No my home workout never takes that long but that’s what I listen to everytime I workout, everyday. Then stuff more suited to my liking, like “Lightning Bolt” by Pearl Jam, “Aftershock” by Motorhead, “Worship Music” by Anthrax, “Vengeance Falls” by Trivium, “…Like Clockwork” by Q.O.T.S.A., “Fortress” by Alter Bridge, etc.
I really like the new Trivium album! If you like metal I highly recommend at least checking it out on iTunes!
Why do I torture myself with this everyday? My first 2 CDs were C + C Music Factory and Bryan Adams “Waking up the Neighbours” I got to see him live either this year or late last year? Him with an acoustic guitar and a piano player, and that was all that was needed!
Here’s a review of the Sound City soundtrack.
