I fell about a month ago, leaving Sherry and James’ house and taking aunt Lorna to the bus station to return home. I was walking along the side of the house and Kim piped up and told me just to put my hands on her shoulder. We both fell on to the step outside of the house. Luckily aunt Lorna left her suitcase there. I fell right on it with my butt and I cushioned Kim’s fall.
If you don’t feel like reading this, that’s fine, my cancer story is over other than a post from my brother Mitch and a post from my parents all about Tuesday, February 5th 2008.
I’m not just a metal head and hard rock fan in the least, I wasn’t raised with that type of music playing in my parents “….apartment….” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ggJS0p-QQc Yes this song was not played the first time I saw them when I was 12. If you enjoy “Gordon”, you may enjoy their latest release “Grinning Streak” with this as the first single http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6_SbPyxIYE it also kicks off with this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YcB-xfou1E I’ve been listening to them since the “grunge” scene exploded in ’91. I was listening to my parents music until I got “The Joshua Tree” by U2 in whatever year that was. Then our immediate family just listened to BNL mostly around the house while Nirvana was changing the face of music in Seattle. I wasn’t into that right away?! I was listening to BNL, The Waltons (A Regina acoustic group that opened for BNL when I was 12), U2 and other stuff.
